That’s just going to be part of the game, the same way you could get everyone to vote Kira even if there’s no actual evidence they’re Kira, you can’t remove that part of the game because you’d have to literally change how the game works

16:24 The L Decoy command card isn't a task. But its effectively tries to lock up Kira from judging players and protecting L. So when it says "Look for people using notebooks" your trying to catch someone fumbling with their book... I honestly havent seen this be very useful

Sure, compare a simple social deduction game with an arena fighter that has 182+ characters and a story mode and lots of voice lines and fancy-ish animations. That's fair.

Less actually. All we got was a new cosmetic hat and a new map. No bug fixes or anything. Oh and they're MAYBE "considering" fixing that issue where if one person leaves, the game ends. As if it wasn't a big deal and not the reason for a lot of people are quitting the game. Season 7 might be low effort but it's far more than what Death Note received here.

This is because he's still a good player, and any good team worth their salt should work to find out who Mello is and work with him, not take him out of the game. This will become the meta, largely making taking him out of the game a non factor. Thus, skewing things in the good team's favor. As for being wrong, it's hardly a factor except in certain cases.

So team L must also be on the lookout for mello as much as Kira does. Team L wont and shouldn't work with mello because that would lead to L losing, thats kind of of the whole point. L wants to arrest kira and bring him to justice via the law. Mello just wants to kill him, their goals clash and because of that they cant work together even if they both want kira to stop his killings. So dont think of it as just another issue for team kira, think of Mello as a Dangerous third party that both teams must account for and handle. Mello must avoid being killed by kira while also avoiding suspicion from L and the investigators, all while trying to hinder team L in the investigators so they have more time to determine who kira is and shoot them.
My reaction to this uptade is like the fridge guy getting disappointed This uptade is so peak and yet... my ps5 still crashed ransomly mid-matched... as much as i wanna try the new stuff out, crashing out unwillingly demotivates me to play it
