I have been struggling mentally for most of my life and I felt this in the core of my being. A beautiful singer and man. So sad it's about his friend who committed suicide.
Yes this is Guy's song he wrote this song after losing his best friend Luke to suicide and Guy wanted to let others know going through stuff that someone is always there for you and that you just have to ask for help and that it's ok to not be ok and it's ok to ask for help. He also wrote the song choir for his mate Luke after he died.
