The JSC was never supposed to publicize their recommendations ahead of the President pronouncement. All the JSC needed to do was to send their recommendations to the President but they unprocedurally came out publicly because they wanted to influence the President through the media to appoint their candidate but Cyril was clever enough not to fall for their trap😂
