J-Hope prioritizes cohesiveness of the group in order to present a seamless performance. Joon once said that 'Hobi is like water... If I’m with Hobi I feel so comfortable'. This is a little bit wrong information. Not trainees but tae's highschool friends. When Tae went to new school in seoul, he told his friends that he is trainee for bts. they said "Oh that group with junghoseok" Tae got to know bts was quite famous on internet because of this.
Jhope is so talented..Rapper,singer, producer, dancer and he is great at what he is doing. he has great stage presence and ofcourse very handsome^^ stealing hearts everywhere///
I wanted to say this ....BTS is each other's greatest fans no matter how many fans they gain in the future. They support , protect, respect , admire each other and I think that's one of the reasons BTS is still so great with each after about 7 yrs ( approx 10 since they met )
JHope is in a league of his own and his showmanship is phenomenal. JHope was very acclaimed and accomplished as a street dancer for years before he ever auditioned to become an idol. I could honestly just sit and watch any of BTS dance all day.
J-Hope is a great dancer. Body control is incredible. He is also an excellent teacher. I saw a lot of videos from their rehearsals, J-Hope always teaches choreography guys so patiently and in detail. First of all, I became an ARMY precisely because of J-Hope and his dances.
What makes J-Hope’s dancing exceptional is not the sheer athleticism, it’s how refined his movements are and the way he embodies the rhythm. His strong musicality, ability to isolate and the degree of control over every part of his body is amazing. People might not realise how physically taxing it is to dance with his level of precision. His lines are clean, he finishes all the moves properly and he’s never sloppy even when the focus is not on him in BTS performances. I also appreciate the dynamic quality of J-Hope's dancing- there's highs and lows, sharpness and fluidity, all with seamless transitions. He places accents on the right sections of the performance. He possesses a unique skillset in the K-pop idol world with his street dance background and hip-hop roots. Unlike most K-pop performances, street dance is not traditionally performed on stage and instead happens in the form of cyphers and battles where the audience gets to play a role. Street dance has an indelible influence on the artist and performer that J-Hope is today. You can see it in his strong dance technique, unique rap flow, songwriting (he is skilled at creating catchy bops), hip-hop style, the way he thrives on and feeds off the energy of the audience, even his fashion. Above all, J-Hope is a natural showman and born entertainer. He knows how to generate a hyped atmosphere at concerts, not unlike the energy you get during a cypher or battle. His style of performing is seemingly spontaneous, incorporating freestyled moves (eg. during his solo stage Just Dance, at the start of Mic Drop and his popping in Tear) and ad-libs. He radiates pure joy, passion and sincerity when dancing and performing. That sense of authenticity is what makes J-Hope so special, and gives him the ability to move the audience. #방탄소년단제이홉 #제이홉 #JHope
I honestly love J Hope's style. His movements are sharp and powerful and as everyone knows, he doesn't follow the beat, He *is* the beat. No matter where his position is, he radiates so much energy that I can't look at anyone but him. His stage presence and unique sexiness is unmatched. That's why I usually watch the videos more that 3 times to focus on others too....Mom I love him.
N T OMG! This is exactly how I feel about him and what I have to do too. I have to remind myself to also focus on my other loves too by rewatching videos. Lol.
What i love about J-Hope is the fact that he is ON not only for every single freaking performance (no "he has stage presence for songs he likes" excuses here), but literally for every dance practise. J-Hope is like the ultimate Alpha that purposely plays Beta in the group because he doesn't want to overshadow the other members on stage (We get peeks of his phenomenal ability in Chicken Noodle Soup, which had me floored because he literally out-danced and outshone his VERY talented LA backup dancers). He is a natural performer. It makes sense why the rest of BTS always look at him and get jokingly (but probs low-key fr) scared when they do a mistake in choreography. He's the main dancer but, I feel like he's also a born performer. JHope is a perfectionist when it comes to stages. There are times when I am watching the group performance and sometimes I focus on J hope involuntarily and then the video is finished and I am like wait
Having watched many BTS dance practices as well as J-Hope's fancams, I have to agree with this. His level of precision and control is incredible. His lines are clean, he finishes all the moves properly and he’s never sloppy even when the focus is not on him in BTS performances. He tones it down during group performances such that he plays more of a balancing role. He actually shines even more when there is no set choreography and he has freedom to do what he wants (his solo stage Just Dance and rapline performances i.e. Cypher 3 & 4, Tear are good examples). This is why I walked away from my first BTS concert as a J-Hope fan. He is a natural showman and born entertainer with phenomenal stage presence. He knows how to generate a hyped atmosphere. Dance is actually not the focus of his solo stages Just Dance & MAMA. For a dancer of his calibre, the choreography is pretty simple because his intention is not so much to impress but to inspire. Instead, he designs them for maximum engagement rather than letting the audience be a passive viewer. His style of performing is seemingly spontaneous, incorporating freestyled moves (eg. at the start of Mic Drop and his popping in Tear) and ad-libs. He pulls it off masterfully because of his innate charisma. J-Hope's emphasis of the live aspect and his ability to move the audience makes him unique in the K-pop idol world and elevates him beyond the title of a mere 'dancer' to become a world-class performer. #방탄소년단제이홉 #제이홉 #JHope
When they were trainees, J-hope was the star of all the trainees, he was so skilled and already won some prizes etc. The others BTS members said, yep, he was the star of the trainees, he was really impressive and can be intimidating haha yep. Really at their trainee times and at BTS debut, people knew them bc of him, they were like "Oh, it's the group/or the company with Jung Hoseok" bc he was already a famous street dancer^^
As someone who has seen them perform live, J-Hope's stage presence will definitely blow you away! I didn't understand what stage presence was before J-Hope. He can perform solo and captivate everyone in a stadium. Jimin is my bias and I like his dance style better - very graceful and expressive. Jungkook has his own dance style as well - which makes their trio - 3J - very wonderful to watch.
I was once a casual viewer who became a J-Hope fan after going to a BTS concert, so I definitely agree with you on his phenomenal stage presence. Something I truly appreciate about J-Hope is that despite him being a dancer, dance is actually not the focus of his solo stages (Just Dance & MAMA). Instead, he designs them for optimal engagement rather than letting the audience be a passive witness. The choreography is pretty simple for a dancer of his calibre and there are sections with no choreo at all, because his intention is not to impress but to inspire. Just Dance & MAMA are very difficult stages to execute because they rely heavily on charisma to command the audience's attention. That's where J-Hope's stage presence kicks in and he goes beyond a mere 'dancer' to become an exceptional performer. He shines when there is no set choreography and he has freedom to do whatever he wants (see the rapline performances Cypher 3 & 4, Tear). His stage presence in Tear is off the charts and so intense you can feel like he's about to rip your heart out. His emphasis of the live aspect and ability to move the audience is why you have to watch him perform in person to get the full effect of his aura. #방탄소년단제이홉 #제이홉 #JHope

@@unofficialnotmember8253 Son Sungdeuk, Big Hit's head dance instructor and choreographer, along with all the other BTS group members and basically everyone at Big Hit, lol. that's who tf.
This man can move and no one can doing like him. If you interested in dance you can understand me easily, for me he is too much for kpop. Hobi is the biggest reason why I became an army, he is really really good at attracting people. He is the most talented person I have ever seen.
Hoseok's dance is captivating, the way he dances makes your eyes lure towards him without you even realizing it. And I think everyone smiles when he dances, for some reason. His body control is on another level, balance, energy, strength and presence. His presence is overwhelming. You can feel his passion for dancing. J-hope is my inspiration, as is Jimin. I'm starting to dance because I was enchanted by the way they dance. Thanks for the reaction, you nice, keep going lol
You can tell Hobi (Jhope) is a knowledgeable dancer because of his freestyle ( yup! freestyling is the hardest thing to do) He's very detailed; the way he control his body, No extra movements, very sharp and clean. Don't forget about his musicality as an artist too (dancer, producer, composer.. etc) plus his stage presence ugh! Yup! He is really awesome 😁 Oh yeah, Hobi knows how to beatbox too! You should react to that or try to react to J-hope's rap (compilations) to see his different flows. He's really amazing just like the rest of the members of BTS.
I don’t know the first thing about dancing and I never was a big fan until I saw BTS dance and perform, and especially j-hope! He so captivating and I’ve watch all his dance videos so many times, and I need more hope on the street!
I mean, I'm not disagreeing per se, but in that side-by-side Jimin/JHope clip, it is important to remember that was a rehearsal... Jimin _never_ puts his all into rehearsals/dance practices... You'll see. Jimin performing is leagues different than practice Jimin. That being said JHope and Jimin have such different mentalities and approaches to dance, completely different styles, so you may like one's execution of one dance where you prefer the other in a different dance. JHope learns dances the fastest, he's rightful dance captain. They are both main dancers. And truthfully, they've all become such dancers that different members strike you for different performances. The Corden stage Black Swan? I was fixated on RM, he had such grace and elegant control. When I think of 21st century Girls, I think of Suga, always, first. Suga owns that song. So on and so forth
It's kinda unfair to say jimin never puts his all in the rehearsal cause we know he does. But here he didn't still you can't say he NEVER puts in energy
Yes.. Jimin is really different rehearsals and real performances.. Rehearsal also really great.. But the real performances is amazing.. So everybody called jimin King of stage or king of fancam.
@@sanjanaray3558 actually on that 3j dance obviously Jimin is not giving it all out coz when you see their live performance of that you can easily figure out the difference. Beside that shoe's he's wearing is slippery so he needs to be careful with his moves. Every army knows about that part in case you're not yet an army when they performed that live and showed that behind the scene practice.
Yeeeeahhh that's what I was thinking too. That "side by side comparison "clip was a rehearsal of Hobi's part in that performance. And yes he killed it . He doesn't relax in rehearsal like the others. Not saying that's neither good or bad. It's just a difference
J-hope actually noticed by hitmanbang after the formal audition, he was still practicing though the audition was finished for three hours. Hitmanbang later said he has the persistence and passion, which are essential to success in this industry. It has later been proven. He said he almost never really been stroke by any bad situations, instead of finding a way to calm down or have any emotion, he would put more time and energy to practice, to improve until it is perfect. J-hope has a special role in this group (they all have), he acts as the performance leader and functions really well. He is caring and know exactly what a group should be like. Actually every member has the consensus as to what BTS should be like, they recognize no one is perfect and they support each other. They all have special spiritual strengths, that cheer up each other from time to time, and fans benefit from that as well. The fans will also give this energy back, maybe that is how this interaction works.
Jimin is my favorite dancer too. But that's a stylistic preference. I've always been a big fan of contemporary and lyrical hip hop and Jimin just breathes life into those performances. Plus he has a presence about him that is so sensual and enticing. He's like a veela. haha. But Hoseok is the dance leader for a reason--the boys (including Jimin) respect him as such and they comment on his right to lead that area all the time. He's precise and technical and quick to learn. He's versatile and seasoned and entirely professional. He's a prodigy. It's impossible not to recognize how technically superior he is within the industry as a whole. On top of that, he's literally the performer of our generation. Seeing them in concert really made it clear how special he is and how powerful his movements are. There's just so much energy and control in every minute gesture. I think a lot of people don't appreciate how insanely difficult his style is to perfect because it takes up less space sometimes and because of an unconscious bias--popping, locking, house--street styles--have historically been looked down on as common (and you can bet that is because of who originated them) so people think of them as not as difficult or worthy as more classical styles. Plus, Hope gets less camera time and less center parts so people don't pay as much attention to what he's bringing sometimes. So I really appreciate you commenting on the ways in which he stands out too. He really deserves more credit than he sometimes gets. :)
Many people don't realise how physically taxing it is to dance with his level of precision. J-Hope possesses a unique skillset in the K-pop idol world with his street dance background. Unlike most K-pop performances, street dance is not traditionally performed on stage and instead happens in the form of cyphers and dance battles where the audience gets to play a role. It is difficult to translate those 'hits', which are really meant to be viewed up close in person, to a performance on a large stage. Rather than large, athletic moves that have visual impact and read well on camera, J-Hope's dance to me is characterised by clean lines, intricacy (his hands alone tell a whole story), control and strong musicality. It is that strong technical foundation that allows him to be such a versatile dancer. People should watch his Black Swan and Let Go fancams to see how well he takes on those styles. To me it's never been about J-Hope being a 'street dancer'- he's an excellent dancer, period. I was not particularly interested in street dance before. I watched more of jazz, ballroom, Latin and contemporary routines, but I love J-Hope because I enjoy excellent dancing in general. #방탄소년단제이홉 #제이홉 #JHope
@@starrygurlrox All amazing points! I'm actually Hoseok-biased (I even just got a tattoo of his hearts from his muster shirt!) but I wanted to make sure my comments about his technical superiority were contextualized and not coming off as diminishing of anyone else. I agree with you whole-heartedly. Hoseok is an incredible dancer period. And his skill, his execution transcends aesthetic preference.
@@starrygurlrox *@Sierra Nicole* I could not have said any of this better myself. I've said so much of this before, actually, and it's exhausting how few people listen. thank you for wording it _perfectly_ and for taking the time to do it. I know this was ages ago, but still. thanks.
J-hope is the total performer. There's nothing this man can't do. He's a Main Dancer, Rapper and a Vocalist on the group. He is the stage presence himself so expect to get mind blown when you attend their concert 😎 He doesn't get much attention on MVs because we all know how hell-bent koreans are about idols' looks, he is not what they consider visual. So, that's why he is not promoted as much and often positioned at the back or the side lane.
And Hobi knows well about it. That is why I saw Hobi when photo session at interview/award show always take position at the side (never in the center). I remember at photo session (I forgot what award show in the US), a photographer asked Hobi to stand in the middle and Hobi looked surprise...and I just smile said Go Hobi.
@jay jay , In my opinion their formation in red carpet based on visual too. Why Tae at first, because close with the interviewer, so camera will focus on Tae too. Middle, NJ leader/fluent Eng - when camera spot on NJ plus include JK/Jimin/Jin. It's understable I guess, with limited time you must show "eye catching/camera face" view to the audience. I do believe in reality (from comment that I read), Yoongi and Hobi are gorgeous like the other member. But I could be wrong🙏.
@jay jay yup I also notice that... And the one they said that hope must in the centre. I think I watch that one too. but can't remember. Coz hobi got the different colour of clothing naaa cant remembers clearly sorry. And also just tolerate my English I'm bad at this😅
@@aleshaw4762 Yes But namjoon also said jimin is real pro. And he respect to jimin.. Rm said jimin never satisfied his vocal and dance skill Jimin still try practice for world class dancer..
Hoseok is consistently VERY sharp, and many more.... and that is what makes for a superb street dancer and popper. Jimin is sharp when he wants to be, and flowy when he wants to be, and that's what makes for an amazing contemporary dancer. It's fascinating, the world of dance! ^.^
Pre-debut BTS as trainees used to be known as the group with "Smile Hoya" which is J-Hope, that's how known and impressive he was in the underground scene and under trainees. He was first a trainee at JYP as well I believe.
This is why he is their Dance Leader. Even RM the leader seeks for Jhope's approval when it comes to their rehearsals and performances. The trust, respect, care, love, admiration, protection that they have for one another is really strong. Nothing to compare to. They've been together for 7 years since their debut and almost 10 years since they first met. They still manage to live in the same dorm even if they have their own apartments. They still want to be together even when they get old even if they're not performing, just a simple get together, bonding, eating and many more. They're each other's extended family of course together with Big Hit and their beloved CEO Bang Si Hyuk.
Jimin and hoseok have two completely different dance styles so we can't really compare their dancing especially in that dance because that was only the rehearsal not the actual performance so jimin wasn't really trying but yes hobi is incredibly sharp, quick, and precise with his movements it's hard not to look in his direction when he dances
here's how I see them differ in movements even though I'm not a dancer Jhope - Powerful,Sharp, energetic you can feel the beat of the music through his body and how he dances well hip hop dancers do be hip hop dancers Jimin - smooth AF,charming, you can see that he is gentle when it comes to his moves even when performing a difficult performance,he really is the best contemporary student that concludes it.....THEY BOTH DANCE WAAAYY BETTER THAN MY STIFF ASS
Jimin and jhope are totally diff dancers. Jimin is really good at expressing himself when he dances most especially if it is contemporary, but for jhope he is killing hiphop.
It's so rare to see video reaction on Hobi. Thanks so much ❤❤❤ He's a phenomenal dancer. He dances inside the pocket of the music and had never missed a single beat ever.
They are both phenomenal main dancers, but there's a reason why J-Hope is the dance leader. Although I prefer watching Jimin dance, J-Hopes precision and sharpness is unmatched; he is like a human metronome. You can especially see it in his hands (compared to the others), each finger seems to follows a separate choreo and he executes it perfectly and exactly the same each time; The amount of body control and (constant!) AWARENESS of every inch of the body this requires is immense. This man is a perfectionist to a tee and this makes him the best fitted to teach the others.
yes! yes! the hands! Whenever I see BTS dance, I can't help looking at J-Hopes hands. Most people are so focused on other bodyparts (upper body, footwork, facial expression) when dancing that they forget about the hands and then they simply follow whatever move is being done atm, but with J-hope the hands are their own part of the choreography, he is in complete control ALL of the time. It's insane.
Thank you for bringing up the hands, it's something that always catches my eye in his fancams. The way the movement flows through to his fingertips is stunning to watch. He can tell a whole story just with a simple hand gesture. In fact, you can see it when he raps as well. That level of awareness, attention to detail and the intricacy in his every move is astonishing. He is never sloppy and he finishes every move properly even when the focus is not on him. #방탄소년단제이홉 #제이홉 #JHope
Jhope is the best. He is the whole package. He is very humble and likes to make others shine, so he always stays in support. But he will always be the main dancer, rapper with an incredible flow, support and great singer and our sunshine. DON'T SLEEP ON HIM. 💜
JHope’s a great dancer, I like his technicality, his expression, the way he controls every part of his body, I became interested in BTS thanks to him, and I especially like to see how he helps guys with choreography, usually we can see this in offscreen moments! Thank you for your reaction
See, DT! I told you that you know he's good but have no idea how good exactly he is 😂 He was a well-known underground dancer in his hometown. Fun fact, when the bts boys were still trainees and haven't given the name, they used to be known as "the group with jung hoseok" among the trainees of other companies.
Now you know why he’s dance leader and why RM begged for Big Hit to keep Jhope because he knew they couldn’t make it without him. Because he’s also a really good and passionate teacher. He really helped raise the level of dancing in BTS. Of course other members, especially Jimin, are really good too, but at debut no where near Jhope’s level. Or like Jimin was a really good dancer but said he still wasn’t used to hip hop dance like they did then
One of the things that assured his place in the group is that after his family tryout he was found 3 hours afterward still practicing. Showing just how dedicated and determined he was. JHope was also a member of the street dance team called Neuron. In this crazy time, be safe, be well and God bless you all!🙏💜
3:46 thats a dance practice. jimin isnt trying that hard and his shoes were super slippery. u cant compare them side by side from that clip. also theyre doing jhopes dance style. u should watch the actual performance an watch the entire thing where each member of 3J (jhope jimin jk) dance and the other 2 are like the back up dancers and each has their own style and its so cool watching them do each others style of dance. but idk... i dont think they should be compared
U may already knew this, but jimin & jhope are sharing the same room for a long time... J hope always take care of jimin & jimin always be a good younger brother by always listening & defend j hope in any situation

Let me tell you I know this vid seemed like a lot of videos, but it hasn’t scratched the surface. For example, Hobi has these segments of “Hope on the Street” where he pretty much practiced. A lot of the clips were from there, but you could look up a compilation on your own time to see even more. The compilations are VERY long since there is just so much out there, so you can just watch them on your own if you want. Anyways thanks as always for the reactions 💜💜💜
Jhope es sin lugar a duda uno de los mejores bailarines de hip hop que hemos visto y lo dejo muy claro en American hustle 😍 lo lleva en las venas 💜 lo amo!!!
Yep. They incorporate a lot of tai-chi and qigong. I've noticed that too. Even the move where you make a heart with your arms and point your fingers at the top of your head is a Qigong movement to draw cosmic energy into the crown of your head.
When they first started out J-Hope was the most famous in the group. Everyone talked about his dancing. Everyone looked up to him. Now, sadly, you don't see a lot of that these days. People mostly care about the maknae line. They barely pay attention to the Hyung Line.
Jhope was actually the first member that caught my attention and had me looking into more of BTS' work. I think it's fine to compare his and Jimin's dancing because in doing so, you can see and appreciate how different their two styles are and you can also see the cohesiveness of their group when they're dancing together.
it’s so sad that his dancing is so overlooked. people know he’s a great dancer but they don’t really see stuff like this. i personally think j-hope is the most versatile dancer in the group just because of how much body control he has. he obviously can’t do as many acrobatics as jimin and isn’t as flexible but he still can do some acrobatics and is still EXTREMELY flexible. his body isolations are perfect and he can pretty much do any he wants with his body. as much as i love jimin’s dancing and how they can’t really be compared because their styles of dancing are so different, on a technical level and when it comes to versatility hobi is the most skilled and trained dancer. he really is amazing and i hope more people see videos like this because a lot of armys haven’t and he doesn’t show his free styling and stuff that much to the public. edit: it really seems like every single cell in his body has a mind of its own when it comes to how skilled he is at body isolations, it’s honestly crazy.

If RM is the President then JHope is the Vice President. RM once said that JHope plays an important role keeping the members in balance and also helps them with their choreo. He is no doubt a sunshine of Bangtan and he is the master of dance.
Truee 😌👌🏼
He is a very stern dance leader 😂😅
@@bangtani0412 he hugs them when they do mistakes.. not that intimidating i think but a professional indeed :))
@@Cecile88 lol.. I did not say he is intimidating 😂 being stern is because he is a perfectionist and holds high expectations on performances.. the members listen to him respectfully (and fearfully at times.. haha)
J-Hope prioritizes cohesiveness of the group in order to present a seamless performance. Joon once said that 'Hobi is like water... If I’m with Hobi I feel so comfortable'. This can apply to the performance aspect. Not only does Hoseok lead the team in rehearsals and monitors recordings for the best result, his presence alone in group stages is reassuring. Any group would greatly benefit from having a dancer of Hoseok's calibre, who also displays outstanding leadership and the ability to hold the team together and keep the choreo tight. He is a strong pillar of support and a true professional.

JHope was a famous street dancer and won many trophies and awards with his dance team Neuron! 😉
Trainees called bts "The group with Jung Hoseok" before they debut as bts. You can see how famous he is for his dancing even when he was a teen.
those trainees must have loved him ^_^'' My ult bias!
This is a little bit wrong information. Not trainees but tae's highschool friends. When Tae went to new school in seoul, he told his friends that he is trainee for bts. they said "Oh that group with junghoseok" Tae got to know bts was quite famous on internet because of this.
He's my bias and who else
Jhope is so talented..Rapper,singer, producer, dancer and he is great at what he is doing. he has great stage presence and ofcourse very handsome^^ stealing hearts everywhere///
I wanted to say this ....BTS is each other's greatest fans no matter how many fans they gain in the future. They support , protect, respect , admire each other and I think that's one of the reasons BTS is still so great with each after about 7 yrs ( approx 10 since they met )
I purple you💜
JHope is in a league of his own and his showmanship is phenomenal. JHope was very acclaimed and accomplished as a street dancer for years before he ever auditioned to become an idol. I could honestly just sit and watch any of BTS dance all day.
Jhope is a beast when it comes to dancing.
20mixx amen 🙏
Lol yup that’s me. My intention is to watch the entire video but realize my focus has been on J Hope.
Jhope was a street dancer before bts that's why you can see that he's so good at freestyle and he's well trained
Yeah he was even in a dance group before BTS and won lots of competitions and awards from dancing

Dance Master J-Hope
#jhope #제이홉 #방탄소년단제이홉
JHope is the dance leader in BTS for a reason. The Big Hit Choreographer Director, in one of the interview said that J Hope his really good dancer. 🥰💜
As a wise man once said, “We need Jung Hoseok, we can’t make it without Jung Hoseok.”
That wise man is RM 😂
🙌💜
Kim Namjoon
Yup. They all need each other
All members too.
You can really see the music flow through J Hope's body - he really is an electrifying performer.
This video made me see jhope in a new light,i dont get to see his talent enough in their mv but this made me see how amazing he is,U are right jhope's moves are very sharp,he is very talented
J-Hooooooope!! Yep! That's our Grand Master of Street dance, our Hope on the Street, our Sunshine Hobi with the most contagious smiles! I've been waiting for this. My heart is happy and content filled with Hobiness. Thanks DT!💜
Thank you, i love this reaction. For me - Jhope is the best dancer in this universe
Jhope is so astonishing. He dances like he doesn’t have bones and joints. 💜💜
J-hope is who we refer to as the *Golden Hyung* -dancer/rapper/vocalist.

There is a reason why he is called the dance leader of BTS💜
No hate but who tf gave him that title?

@@curvytangerine Ok cool
Yup! He is really awesome 😁
Oh yeah, Hobi knows how to beatbox too! You should react to that or try to react to J-hope's rap (compilations) to see his different flows. He's really amazing just like the rest of the members of BTS.
J-Hope is killing Dancer🔥🔥🔥🔥
I don’t know the first thing about dancing and I never was a big fan until I saw BTS dance and perform, and especially j-hope! He so captivating and I’ve watch all his dance videos so many times, and I need more hope on the street!
In my five years of being an army I have never witnessed Jhope miss a beat👌perfection
So everybody called jimin
King of stage or king of fancam.
That's our golden hyung, jhope! Thanks for the reaction, your unbelievable expression throughout the vid made my day!
A great dancer is one who has perfected his freestyle and can dance to any beat using their musicality that being said JHOPE is a great dancer.
Hoseok is so mesmerising. He was born to perform on stage, I literally can never take my eyes off him, he’s insane
Love jhope so much! He is AMAZING! That's my biasss :')
both hobi and jimin are amazing dancer, difference is j hope doesnt get to show it off except once in a blue moon when bighit feels generous
omg yes!
Yay, j-hope is mesmerizing to watch! 💕😍

And his skill, his execution transcends aesthetic preference.
now these are the mature, and kind comments ive been looking for, not the immature and childish solo fan's. Thank you for that lol
@@jana-jv3zf AMEN. these comments are incredible... this is the discourse level and plane of thought everyone should aspire to.

Hands down Hoseok IS the dance master. 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜
I've seen them live at Wembley and trust me, Jhope _gave.his.all_
He really delivered there
Hoseok is consistently VERY sharp, and many more.... and that is what makes for a superb street dancer and popper.
Jimin and hoseok have two completely different dance styles so we can't really compare their dancing especially in that dance because that was only the rehearsal not the actual performance so jimin wasn't really trying but yes hobi is incredibly sharp, quick, and precise with his movements it's hard not to look in his direction when he dances
here's how I see them differ in movements even though I'm not a dancer
Jhope - Powerful,Sharp, energetic you can feel the beat of the music through his body and how he dances well hip hop dancers do be hip hop dancers
Jimin - smooth AF,charming, you can see that he is gentle when it comes to his moves even when performing a difficult performance,he really is the best contemporary student
that concludes it.....THEY BOTH DANCE WAAAYY BETTER THAN MY STIFF ASS
Jimin and jhope are totally diff dancers. Jimin is really good at expressing himself when he dances most especially if it is contemporary, but for jhope he is killing hiphop.
they are not ~totally~ different. this is such hyperbole.
I'm glad you watch J Hope talent on this video. He's the best I have ever seen in that dance genre
J-Hope the best dancer in the world not just in kpop Litely u can’t compare it to others
Yes you're right..
But every army know this..
When jimin dance he using everything..
Even his hair ^^
Thank you for bringing up the hands, it's something that always catches my eye in his fancams. The way the movement flows through to his fingertips is stunning to watch. He can tell a whole story just with a simple hand gesture. In fact, you can see it when he raps as well. That level of awareness, attention to detail and the intricacy in his every move is astonishing. He is never sloppy and he finishes every move properly even when the focus is not on him.

He was a well-known underground dancer in his hometown.

J-hope - sharp
Jimin - fluid
Both are great dancers. Different styles. Different techniques. And that adds up spice to them as a group.
Jhope is so talented and he is so captivating 😍
Now you know why he’s dance leader and why RM begged for Big Hit to keep Jhope because he knew they couldn’t make it without him.
Because he’s also a really good and passionate teacher. He really helped raise the level of dancing in BTS. Of course other members, especially Jimin, are really good too, but at debut no where near Jhope’s level. Or like Jimin was a really good dancer but said he still wasn’t used to hip hop dance like they did then

I think it's fine to compare his and Jimin's dancing because in doing so, you can see and appreciate how different their two styles are and you can also see the cohesiveness of their group when they're dancing together.
let us shout errbody
J HOPEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE
i really really love your reactions, thank u
it’s so sad that his dancing is so overlooked. people know he’s a great dancer but they don’t really see stuff like this. i personally think j-hope is the most versatile dancer in the group just because of how much body control he has.
he obviously can’t do as many acrobatics as jimin and isn’t as flexible but he still can do some acrobatics and is still EXTREMELY flexible. his body isolations are perfect and he can pretty much do any he wants with his body.
as much as i love jimin’s dancing and how they can’t really be compared because their styles of dancing are so different, on a technical level and when it comes to versatility hobi is the most skilled and trained dancer. he really is amazing and i hope more people see videos like this because a lot of armys haven’t and he doesn’t show his free styling and stuff that much to the public.
edit: it really seems like every single cell in his body has a mind of its own when it comes to how skilled he is at body isolations, it’s honestly crazy.
