First, can you explain the meaning of V_app*comp3*semi3.I0_1 and 1000[W/m^2] in the formula of Eff? Has "1000[W/m^2]" appeared in previous part of this module? Second, how to set the parameters of the light received by the battery in Comsol. I'm also curious if comsol can calculate the EQE of the battery? Hope for your answer!
Hello my friend Thanks for your comment The efficiency is output power /input power The semi i0*V is equal to the output power and 1000[w/m2]is input power. For battery, it is better to search in the papers.
You must download the Comsol Multiphysics software, and then run the setup.exe and call the licence file daring the installation, and then you can open the software. For simulation of the solar cell, please see my latest videos and then see this video.
