lol, you didn’t let it off easy. Great questions. I tend to find that it gives a quick general answer to things then diving in and giving you the meat and potatoes answers.
I had to ask hey google for Gemini live . Had it set up with different voice .Had a conversation and was fine. Went back later and no conversation,just answering question as it type it out. Seem to much a hassle getting it to simply work as it should dealing with set up . Have to pass for now.
Somewhat smooth and responsive, on mobile headphones don't yet seem to work, has to be via speaker. It can answer the very basic "Siri level questions" without much trouble, and can sometimes perform on harder tasks, but otherwise it just feels "slightly dumb". It's rarely entirely clueless when you ask something complex but as shown here, if you ask it some more specialized questions it mostly gets it wrong overall, but has hints of the right answer within. I didn't really fight it this time, in my prior video where I didn't do any setup, I fought with it on a harder question to see if I could nudge it to the right answer, but that's the issue, why would I actually ask it questions when I need to guide it to the answer (that I supposedly already know?)
It's in the Gemini settings app if you have the live, you can see me press the live button on the bottom right of the screen, if it's not there you don't have access yet.

I'm not an expert but from your experience how is it?
