how many cdr do you have? bcs someone told me i have to use 3/5 green and 2/5 yellow to get 35% cdr

20% ERP
5% Artifact Circlet
5% DrA Necklace
2% Add Collection
2% Nasod Research Synergy
1% Yellow Mystic
3/5 Green was used by Dominators until DrA was released, because it had a 5% CDR accessory on a Necklace instead of a Top Accessory. Dom avoided using previous 5% CDR top accessories (WM, SK) because it was better to use CoH/ECS

@@uzumakifabe It happens when you press the next Install skill too soon (there is a built in delay, around ~0.15ms). If I lose concentration and press to fast, I try to continue the cycle without going back to the skill I messed up on.

There's no "overall" better rotation in my opinion. The two rotations I use are dictated by small or large bossing.
ASDF - small bossing (use unmod SF once because it does not stack with itself)
ASDFC - large bossing (use mod SF continuously because it stacks and is a big bossing skill)

You use very little DP when awakened + mod charged impulsor should keep it maxed out
