Well, this was certainly accurate for me. I started a new job 8 weeks ago. It was what appears to be a terrible mistake. I've realised though, that a desk job isn't for me. I'm also now very very clear on what I want to do. I doubt that would have been the case had I not chosen the perceived "wrong choice". I'm sure it wasn't the wrong choice, it served its purpose very well. The experience has helped me become very clear on what I do and do not prefer.
