Therefore, humans rely on language, either written or spoken to communicate these facts to each other. Finally, I don't consider a built-up inner city area, relaxing. It's stressful, noisy, busy and has no contrast between work and leisure time. The "Vibes" are unpleasant and have no relaxing qualities whatsoever.
