Join me as we ease our way into the challenge of walking 2 Miles while executing exercises that will help you tighten and tone your arms and abs.
In todays workout we will be jogging in between our exercise intervals. If you would like to walk instead of jog, go right ahead! Just note that it will be a little less intense and you may not reach the step goal.

I've started your work out last Saturday and it's kicked my butt! I have stubborn mum tum that I really want to get rid off. I do your work outs 6am every morning and 4pm every evening. I feel better but hoping to see the difference!

I lost 50 pounds from doing your workouts. Unfortunately, I had to stop mid of last year, doctors found cancer on my right kidney and in November had to have half of my kidney removed. Gained 20lbs back during my recovery, but started back second week of January and lost almost all that I had gained back already. Thanks for your awesome workouts and encouraging words. ❤

Been doing Jo’s workouts consistently. Paired it with intermittent fasting.
I have lost 13kg within 2 months.
Update: I’m now 16kg down!
THATS super inspiring. I just started intermittent fasting. I am so hungry lately upon waking which is not my usual. Any tips for how to stave off the hunger or does it get better in time?
@@TheNae14It gets better, try drinking water or flavored sparkling water to fend it off for a bit, and distract yourself with something else. It’s what I do. 😊 You can do it!
@@TheNae14 make sure to eat lots of veggies, fruits and protein! They will keep you full and healthy without unnecessary calories
@@TheNae14 Hi nae! Apologies for late reply I was over seas. My best tip for feeling hungry is making sure you have a lot of whole foods when you’re not fasting. Sugar makes your insulin peak and drop fast which causes you to be hungrier faster.
Your meat, veggies and fruits provide your body with whole foods.
I have completely cut out alcohol, major processed sugars, caffeine and non whole foods that don’t benefit my body. 🫶🏻.
Are you with the 16.8 or the 23.1?
That last 5 minutes almost took me OUT! ❤😂 BUT we got through it. And I feel SO GOOD!

@@kgaur91 I do different exercises every day and I wrote out a workout plan to have two exercises to choose from each day of the week. So that I have options based on how I feel. And may even do both depending on if I have the time or energy. And I stick to this plan for about a 1 month- 1 1/2 months and then change it up.

Just wanted to say! Did this workout, I haven’t worked out in about a week bc I was feeling depressed and kept making excuses. But I did it I showed up for myself. I can’t give up now I’m 11 lbs down and I need to keep going! Thank you Jo for everything you do! You look STUNNING as usual!! I feel good, I feel happy. If you’re doing this workout, be proud! Wanted to skip this because I thought who needs arms everybody wants a butt and toned legs - boy did these chicken noodle arms get set on FIRE - WAS one of the best challenging workouts in the past 5 weeks I've done! Thank you Jo! I might not feel like I'm seeing the results but my body feels different and I feel like I look forward to working out even on days I don't!!!! ❤

Thank you for your consistency, even when I wasn't. Today is my first day back to your workouts in over a year. After a year long battle with beast cancer and chemo treatment, on May 8th this year I am cancer free. My las treatment is in June, but after "coaching" from my husband I got up this morning (4:30 am) and started this workout. I surprised myself by not stopping at all 😲😁 Day 1 down.....LET'S GET THIS!!!

Thank you Jo! I'm a teenage girl and I've been working out with your videos for a while now. I don't have to lose weight, in fact I'm working on gaining some! I've been underweight my whole life and on top of that I have had a lot of trouble with my digestion which is probably on of the causes. Last year everything got so bad that I was just like "NOPE" and decided that I was going to eat good foods, workout, and also do more time with God (I've been a Christian for almost a year as well!) and since then I've been working hard. I did many other workouts but none of them felt just right until I discovered your walking workouts and I've been very consistent since then! Last time I weighed myself (which isn't very often) I was over 100 pounds, which is something considering that I was under 90 pounds in the last two years. I'm always excited to work out now since I get bored easily and your workouts keep me interested! Thanks again :D

Me, oh yeah let's go for a nice easy abs and arms today... 15 minutes in and dripping with sweat... Might as well carry on now! This was probably the most challenging workout I've completed since following Jo's videos for around 6 weeks now. There is no way I would have finished this in the beginning. Proud of myself today! ❤

I've been sick for weeks! I tested positive for covid, had all the symptoms, all of them 🤧🤢🤮🤒
Today I'm feeling well enough to try excersizing and decided to try this workout. I don't recommend to go fast pace when you're trying to recover. I went slow and steady and still worked up a sweat. I miss working out and GWJ is very diverse and you can find something for whatever stage you are at! I feel good so far and hope I didn't overdo it. ❤
I love all your videos, but I'd say this one is one my favourites. And to hear your beautiful voice throughout made it so much more special 💜
First of all, I'm a 64 year old grandma who has lost over 60 pounds, mainly by following growithjo. I absolutely love your program!And thank you - my arms now feel like rubber bands.
The only thing that I don't like in this video are the commercials; they totally break my flow, almost to the point of going on another site that doesn't have any commercials. If you have over 5 million subscribers, you don't need money from the commercials.
Just my two cents worth.
I'm all for ads at the beginning and end. She's gotta earn a living! But there were an excessive amount of ads in the middle of this one. I agree. Loved the video though!

I worked Out in my Home on the Days that were Bad Weather doing videos and had my own treadmill and I was a Runner ….
This was the way I could get the Stress of the Day Off…. I had a VERY Stressful Job but Never Had children so I had the Time
To do this 7 day’s if I wanted…..I could eat what ever I wanted and NEVER put weight on but for me I do NOT eat meat…
In my Late 40’s My Back started not to feel right and found out I had a Severe Spine Disease in 2008 and by 2012
Became Disabled and Left My Job of over 30 yrs….I Miss that Part of My Life those were the BEST Days of my Life….
So BEAUTIFUL Young Lady Keep Putting U FIRST because NO 1 Else Will…..

Hi Jo! I am still a minor and unfortunately I cannot do certain things alone, such as medical visits. my parents really underestimate my mental and physical health and these types of videos help me a lot regarding the physical part, luckily I can do this on my own, thank u so much.

loved loved loved this. I always focus on my legs and very rarely on my arms cuz usually the arm workouts are too boring - this mix of cardio + arms helps create arm workouts wayy more fun! Thanks Jo!
I was walking on the treadmill about to look for music and I check me notifications clicked on this video and did the whole first part ON THE TREADMILL (with adjustments) then got motivated, got off for the abs part and it was so great!! Thank youu 🙏🏽

It was looking for the first view so easy. Then I started to workout with 1 kg dumbbells and OMG my heart rates was up by 167 sometimes. And this without jumping.... Jo is really great in her job and her smile motivates so many people to stay in the loose weight journey

you dont understand how your workout videos havehelped me as i healed from shoulder injury. it not 100 percent and and even if i felt a little regression recently it not throbbing anymore. these workout have helped me stay active until i can use havier weights again, andive been able to incorporate a lot more cardio and your cardio workout are so unique because you sweat but target important muscle groups.

Howdy. You can't really target fat in specific of your areas of your body. But you can tone and tighten muscle in the problem area which will in turn, burn fat. Besides this workout, Jo has several ab workouts that target the entire tummy area. Consistency is key. Once your muscles tighten, your love handles will start to melt away. I'm telling you from experience. It's not going to happen overnight. Diet, sleep, and stress levels also play a part in weight loss. Also, try full body workouts and gradually work up to 45 min or more if you are physically able. Hope this helps! We are here to support one another!!❤❤❤❤❤

I started Jo’s workouts on October 23, 2023 at 209lbs now today March 1, 2024 I’m 187.6 lbs I work out with her 4-6 days a week 20-45 mins along with intermittent fasting 16:8 and at least half gallon of water everyday no diet I still eat whatever I want (self controlled) I slacked a couple weeks in February working out from 4-6 days a wk to 2-3 but hey I refuse to beat myself up about it I LOVE my results and I’m back fully focused again God Bless everyone u can do it🤍 God is Love Jesus Is Lord Believe Be Blessed tomorrow is not promised repent today Jesus died so u can live so live😘
