update nobody asked for: haven’t even experienced any symptoms yet after attempting for around 6 times but i won’t let myself get my hopes down! i will shift, whether it be today, tomorrow, next week, etc! i will eventually be able to say hello to my comfort characters!!

I accidentally shifted. I went to sleep and when I woke up I was in a different room full of danganronpa posters. I got up and discovered that there was a LOT of pink blood on the floor. I freaked out since everything felt extremely real and because of the blood. I looked into a mirror and I saw that I looked kinda like Kokichi. I started mumbling to myself saying that I must be dreaming, until I heard a knock on the door. I freaked out even more and I rushed to the door trying to stop the person from getting in and seeing all the blood. But I was pretty weak, and they got in. I looked at them, and it was Shuichi in his pregame outfit. He looked into my eyes, and then to the floor. Before he could react to the blood, I thought f*ck it, and I jumped on him, grabbed his face, and started kissing him. IT. WAS. SO. REALLLLL. I can still feel it... 😖 When I pulled away from the kiss, he looked at me with a creepy smile with a very sweaty and blushy face. He started pulling me closer saying "I need you Kokichi" in a very creepy voice. I freaked out. Again. I than woke up with my heart racing and extremely traumatized. I can't really look at Shuichi the same way anymore, and everytime I see a pregame Shuichi fanart I start screaming. I tried shifting again today but it didn't work 😥

Imma update my experience with this subliminal + the ones in my playlist
(also I'm shifting to Danganronpa 2: Goodbye Despair)
Day 1: I felt like I was lying down on sand and I felt the sun (it was really bright holyyyy). I had this weird spinny feeling and I heard the ocean waves. I was visualizing that a character from my dr would take my hand and guide me to this door which on the other side was my dr. When I imagined that, I felt like someone was actually holding my hand lol it was comforting. At some point I heard Hajime say something like "Is she even gonna wake up?" sooo yeah I didn't shift fully but I think I was close.
Day 2: For some reason I could barely focus on trying to shift but I tried my hardest to. I heard the ocean waves again and felt the sun, but didn't hear anyone speaking. I also felt like I was on the sand again so ig it was the same as last time. This was probably cause I tried this at 6AM lmao
Day 3: This was interesting lol. I felt all the symptoms I did on the other nights, but this time I could smell things too. At some point I felt this weird weight on me and it was like I was being hugged?? I heard Nagito breathing and when I did I smelled raspberry cupcakes or something like that. I SWEAR THIS PART SCARED ME but I heard it SO clearly. I heard either Chiaki or Mikan say "Hey.." as if they were trying to wake me up HGFTVSUGHBDK- I heard Gundham or Hajime say something but it wasn't clear :( Also when I tried visualizing I smelled the beach and the taste of salty water (which was something I scripted to be a sign that I shifted). So I think I got a lot closer today lol
Day 4: I tried staying awake but I fell asleep :( Imma try again tonight (I think I needed a small break lol)
Day 5: EYEYEYE so i didnt fully shift but ik im getting reallllly close because this time i genuinely felt like i was there. i heard the waves of the ocean clearly and i felt a small breeze. it's also like i felt grains of sand on one of my hands hehe it was cool. i didnt hear much this time except for nagito KJHKJGVFHCGHVGH PLS HE SAID MY NAME AND IT SOUNDED BEAUTIFUL AAAAAAAH his voice was so calming to hear hhhh- sadly i didnt fully shift tonight either but i swear i feel like i'll do it soon (i listened to a "clear blockages that prevented me from shifting" and im p r a y i n g that i shift soon pls) oh i forgot to mention i tried shifting during the day and i got more practice and more affirmations to do ha
Day 6: I tried out the Julia method because why the heck not and tbh it didn't work too well for me because I couldn't focus too well. (I think I couldnt focus because I had to piss but if I got up and did my parents would wake up and I'd get caught hhhh) I went back to the same playlist I used before and I felt like I was genuinely in danganronpa. I heard everything else I didnt hear any voices (except for one thing that sounded like Nagito but idk what he said) I think I'll take a small break because I'm kinda exhausted ngl but I swear I got even closer 😌✌
Day 7: I fell asleep lmfao welp lesgo tonight
Day 8: I couldnt focus at all for some reason :/ But that's okay I think lol
Day 9: I fell asleep but tried shifting without any subliminals and tbh I have these weird memories of being at danganronpa but they arent clear... idk but I'm gonna try a new method tonight lol
Day 10: Wack I think I did mini shifts for like 2 seconds idk I'm pretty tired
Day 11: Not much, I felt like I was floating but then I fell asleep lol. I think I need a break.

Day 12: Legit I had such a weird feeling. Like, my body went out of my body but my body was still on my bed?? Idk lmaoo but I swear the sub i listened to stopped for awhile before i noticed it and i heard it again. I was more focused on visualizing this time, and I know I shifted like 5 different times but came back because when I visualized around me, my first thought was my bedroom. I think I'll stop trying to imagine what's around me physically, but what I would see instead. I heard a Hajime or Nagito again but I ended up feeling a little sick in the middle of it so I had to move. Also, I tried lucid dreaming and I think I'm almost able to do it. When I do, I'll shift through my lucid dream because yes

Day 13: Okay I realize it's been some time since I updated this but I've been practicing lucid dreaming and I've almost mastered it! So this means I can easily shift from my lucid dream to my DR through a portal 😌 I haven't been listening to this for awhile but I'll start again before I go to sleep.
I've decided that I'll edit this after I successfully shift.

NEVERMIMD I'LL KEEP UPDATING YALL BECAJSE NOW IM ACTUALLY TRYING TO SHIFT LOL (for the past few months all I've been doing is going to sleep hoping that I'll shift because my mental health was really bad at that point but I've tried to motivate myself and now I'm actually shifting again so yeah)
Day 14: NAH CUZ I LITERALLY FELT MY SURROUNDINGS CHANGE AND EVERYTHING PLUS I ALSO HEARD VOICES (hiyoko was calling mikan a filthy pigshit 💀✋) I heard Hajime as well and Nagito sooo yeah I also heard the beach waves but for some reason my brain decided to just go "nah we sleepin like rn" and I woke up here 😕
Day 15: SHAWYY I WAS SO CLOSE but then my sister kicked my bed and I jolted awake 😃
Day 16: I wasn't really in the mood to shift because I still felt like I had to do something so I kinda just gave up and scrolled thru youtube for a bit (I'm probably gonna the Julia method again idk)
I've been using theta waves with 6hz (idfk what it's called) but it's really effective for me because I read the CIA documents on shifting so heahhhhh I'll shift soon

Okay, so I shifted once and I hugged nagito tight and I could tell he was crying by his breath, you really had to convince him you didn’t hate him and it made me almost cry, also, his hair is really fluffy, it isn’t stale or anything, he smelt a bit tangy I don’t know how to explain, he was really sweet though and cried and was grateful for any sort of affection, poor baby.. he really needs you to convince him you don’t hate him.

ok, i guess i am going to try again. this time i’m not going to use a solid method, because when i do it doesn’t seem to work. currently listening to the sub, reading script, damn i hope this works. if it doesn’t i mean, i’m going to try again !! see you in the morning !!
about 5:30 pm, 12/24/20: well that was an adventure. so i ended up using something like the ‘i am’ method, and using plenty of affirmations. that’s the closest i’ve ever gotten to shifting tbh, but i didn’t. here’s why: when i tried, i got terrible headaches, the first one feeling like someone had sliced my heAd oPen and the second one feeling like i was sleeping on a stone slab. really painful and strange.
so obviously, i went to sleep that night instead of shifting, i heard headaches while trying to shift is bad. since it’s christmas eve for me, i’ve decided to take a break tonight and the night after to spend the holidays in my **cough** boring old home reality. happy holidays!!

i haven’t really made that much progress since my last edit, but i have tried multiple times since then, and i did get close so i feel like i can still do this! i accidentally pulled an all nighter last night after trying to shift so rn i have no concept of time itself. i’ll try again tonight, see what happens, then regroup and edit again tomorrow!

Update- Im going to shift to THH, non-despair au of course. I'll script that I, along with my desired characters, go to school together. I'll script that I'm in a romantic relationship with Leon Kuwata, that we go on fun dates and such, that Makoto is my brother, that me and my friends go on fun trips and hangouts, etc. Everything will be like a fun and pure anime so I can get away from the stress of real school :).

Shifting is basically something like dreaming! Except the fact it feels a lot of more real! Its not dangerous. Also u cant get stuck! U can never get stuck, if u get scared u can use the safe word which wakes u up! Scripts - U basically write here what u want to happen, how u look like, your relationship with the characters, where u want to shift etc.
Theres a lot of methods! U just choose the one u like the most or make one yourself! The most popular method is the raven method. Basically u lay on the bed in a starfish position and count to 100 while saying your affirmations (affirmations are sentences that help u! for example: im shifting, im gonna shift to danganronpa, shifting is easy, im gonna shift in second etc! Something like that) and listening to subliminals

Omg this is amazing! I’ve been trying to shift to goodbye despair for a week. Yesterday I used this while I read my script and it has been the closest I’ve ever been to shifting, I was visualizing and affirming and I felt my whole body lose the weight from the sheets around me as if I were in another place, I felt very light and tingly, this happened three times until I began to slightly smell vanilla. I ended up moving so I didn’t end up shifting but I’m trying again tonight, I have never been this close

@@jasmine.ily444 I’ve gotten closer! I took a break for a couple of days and I have been having more symptoms each time, Ill keep you updated! I also told my sister and explained shifting to her and she shifted last night on her first try so that’s pretty exciting.
