Dear Birasa. In report, they may ask you to write names of District with Capital letters, since they are proper names.

You are very right, I could have turned them into proper case, in that case one can replace str_to_lower() function to str_to_title() and apply it to both data sets before joining them. thanks a lot for your good observation!
