Basically, though it sounds like rubbish when its not... written completely, the concept is that the LOV isn't entirely evil in this story. Izukus main goal is to take down All Might and Katsuki. He writes several papers plotting this, which eventually leads to plotting how to take down the hero commission in general. Deku ends up in a first-line battle with Katsuki himself and they both end up dueling to eachothers deaths. Eri is raised by the LOV, instead of Aizawa, and she basically sees Deku as a father-figure. She continues on Deku's legacy after he dies. She publishes the writings he'd made about the flaws of the commission and the flaws of certain pro'heroes. The villains end up with flashed out stories after this. Shigaraki lost an arm and went partially blind after the "final" battle (the battle where Deku dies, basically a war?), and Shigaraki ends up in a rehabilitant establishment for villains (Which Eri funded.) Toga was left with no life-threatening injuries but she did end up with a slash-scar across her face and a scarred hand. She went on to basically raise a teen Eri after Izuku died, taking shelter with Aizawa as she did so. Dabi on the other hand still attempted to kill Endeavor, with less damage committed and less of a impact, he ended up in jail for a while. He was let out but has restrictions (basically on probation? i think) and has a quirk-removing collar on because yes. He lives with Fuyumi, Natsuo, Shoto, etc etc, though it was troubling at first they eventually got used to it.
