So um..a girl commented that she cluld never starve herself because she loves food and she married it... Im so hurt because I didn’t know Food could cheat on me just like that😪
i did it, and i became severly underweight in one day, as i have a lot of physical activities, as i am a athletic student then i have enrolled myself in other sport and martial arts so my metabolism is wayigh and i used to eat a lot, i thought i eat a lot so i decide not to eat for two days (also i am extremely skinny like, small petite bone structure with slime thick hourglass, tho i am tall), i became 45kg to 29 within a span of 32 hrs, and long story short i fainted and was in the hospital for 5 days in a row and still was not waking up, on the 6 th day i woke up, i got some hand marks on my face (husshh... a secret i have old fashioned asian parents)
I was starving myself for a week but until yesterday when long story short I almost passed out and I felt nauseous and my friend told the teacher and the teacher got the nurse and my mom made me sit next to her whenever I ate because she wanted me to eat but I just didn't have much of an apetite and it was just cause my ex dumped me by text, broke my heart and istead of being angry at him, I ended up being angry at myself and punished myself by starving myself

Well whoever reading this remember ur beautiful the way u r never starve yourself or change for anyone i'm telling u this outta personal experiences because of my toxic family (cousin's) who make fun of me for almost everything I do, I starve myself like for a year and later my health became worse. Starving urself is really super bad I remembered one day I fainted and woke up a day after and wasn't even able to hold a glass of water I thought I gonna die............ As someone who even has depression and still regrets Cuz of starving that to reason was for someone else and still after year my health isn't been that better after doing that....... I really regret it very much..... So love yourself as u r💜

You are such a cutipie , you this FF is amazing as always,I just remember the time when I was in grade 5,6i got bullied a lot in my school because I was fat,even my family didn't confronted me.Since then I barely ate something and almost stopped eating ,and got into depression,after so called 6 months I became like a stick and everybody started to telle that why I am thin,I mean what the f*ck.i became a army since 2017 and my life changed.I again started to love myself and ate like earlier not caring about people's opinion.
Now as a 10th student I can tell that I am healthy,dieting destroys physical as well as mental health 😭😭😭😭

I starved myself for two days,because I wanted to be slim,now I have big health problems,so never starve yourself,dont make stupid mistake like I did.
