I have to tell you, I tried your filetes de peixe with the corn flour instead of regular flour, because that's what I was using...amazing. It was a huge hit in my house. Thank you for sharing. Where do you buy your crab from? I usually buy from Tavora and it’s cooked and frozen…was yours already cooked, they usually aren’t red in colour till cooked.

Hmm, I'm Portuguese and I never seen anyone boil a crab thats already cooked, unless its frozen! Those crabs are already cooked and salted. And its a shame to throw out the head with all those goodies in it, you can even make a delicious dip or spread for crackers with the head's contents.
