As a child he also saw his mother killing his father but before that he was born with rainbow eyes. His parents thought it's from god so had him to be cult leader even if he didn't want to. After his parents died Muzan turned him into a demon. Douma ate only womens cuz they was for him more important to do more progress that's why with less Experience became stronger than more experienced Akaza (cuz Akaza doesnt eat womens). Later in probably season 4 he will be fight with Shinobu, Kanao and Inosuke. He killed Kanae (Shinobu's and Kanao's sister) and he was the one who killed Inosuke's mother. He didn't want to kill her or eat, he even let her live with him and he even holded baby Inosuke xdd. She just found out Douma is a demon so she ran away and he killed her Later Douma will die cuz of plot armor and poison. I hope I helped
