Then, l saw a figure in the dark, l couldn't make them out, and then my brother just comes into my view, didn't see him come in, and he just... walked out of my field of vision, but he went into where a wall was, so he couldn't have moved like that... Sure enough, when l go ask my bro and sis about this, they never were in my room, and didn't say anything to me. TL;DR: Sleep paralysis is a trip man, just hope your eyes aren't open when you going through it, cause you WILL see stuff.

My older brother has had sleep paralysis. Sometimes it's just laying in bed, eyes closed, unable to move, but other times he has hallucinations. He told me of one time where early in the morning he woke up, got his breakfast ready, got partway through the day, then realized he was still asleep and couldn't move. When the paralysis finally broke, it was about 5:00 in the morning.

(Sorry if this is so long if you spend time to read it) The scariest sleep paralysis I had was when I was 10, we just moved into a new house so we didn't really sort all our stuff out. Anyway I remember sleeping on the floor on a mattress and then waking up suddenly with the light turned on, then I remember not being able to move my body besides my eyes, (so I had like 360 degree view of the room) then my door opens and i start to panic a bit, then I start to hear the sound of like guitar strings being plucked. And then this like black shadow minotaur thing is standing in the middle of my door and then I scream but for some reason it was silent so I couldn't hear myself scream, then I feel like my soul is being taken from my body because I turn around and I see my body on the floor just lifeless. And it finally ends with me being dragged into a dark room and waking up in shock. It's still pretty common with me to experience sleep paralysis through so like maybe 2 or 3 times a week. But yeah it's scary sleep paralysis is... would not reccomend
I have sleep paralysis, but instead of having a random monster come and terrorize me, I can't fucking move nor can I breath. The only time when I wake up is when I'm on the verge of suffocating myself to death, *lol*
