Govinda's wife has been thrown around as a cushion in her marriage, she has done or was made to do all that Govinda's family wanted without a voice of her own. Now things have changed as they always do She is not a doormat anymore The family can't accept it , she has grown strong with 1.The matriarch gone 2.Her kids - grown up 3.Govinda's career -on the decline and he is losing his arrogance . So she changed and her free self came out . The family still wanted the doormat she was and did not like that Govinda is no more shutting her down or listening to her . It happens in many families.

Unfortunately all of Govinda's siblings had broken marriages, or unemployment. So he had to run 5-6 households from his money. If he had abandoned them, he would've been richer now.
