How to Setup a HiBoy Max Electric Scooter

usaba el scooter con mi celular, pero cambie el celular por otro, descargue la aplicación para conectar el bluetooth y así controlarla desde el nuevo celular, pero no vincula el bluetooth no se que hacer..
alguien sabe que puedo hacer?
