A lot of dancers body builders trainers athletes live like this (the latter two on an even greater calorie count).

I don’t restrict my diet and an extremely underweight because of my high metabolism. Aespa are known to eat a lot and are were captured out on their world tour my randoms eating at certain locations. They practice and work out A LOT. You should read how much they practiced for the governors ball the day off. Micheal Phelps admitted to eating 8-10 thousand calories a day just because of how much he swam.

calling kpop idols foodies is insane when 99% of them, aespa included, are very much underweight. they aren't foodies, they restrict and exercise like crazy to maintain the bodies they have right now, them eating in front of the camera and claiming to love eating big meals doesn't mean it's true, you see very little of their daily lives, you think karina eats a whole box of donuts on a regular basis? she was very likely binging and/or eating omad and then hitting the gym to burn most of it, she has proudly admitted to doing so before. a lot of people with eds like to claim they eat a lot in front of others so 1. their behaviors and weight aren't questioned and 2. people think they're effortlessly skinny, i'd know that very well as someone who's been there, you do not get such a toned and slim body eating the way they claim to do no matter how much you work out
I actually think they are eating well and exercising to maintain their bodies. I’ve seen Korean girls in their twenties who are not idols, eat regular healthy meals and are their size. But the thing is, if Korean girls aren’t exercising regularly, you can really tell by the legs and arms. Even if they are restricting on foods, you can tell the state of a Korean girl’s health by the state of her arms and legs. But these girls along with most kpop idols in their twenties that I’ve seen performing and such, have very toned arms, legs and stomachs. They’re not just skinny. They have toned bodies
I don’t restrict my diet and an extremely underweight because of my high metabolism. Aespa are known to eat a lot and are were captured out on their world tour my randoms eating at certain locations. They practice and work out A LOT. You should read how much they practiced for the governors ball the day off. Micheal Phelps admitted to eating 8-10 thousand calories a day just because of how much he swam.
Kpop insiders have said that groups now are told to lie and say they eat a lot. As to not worry fans. When in reality, they are making sure their weight is below 50kg by doing insane diets and extreme exercise.

A lot of idols openly talk about being on a diet like jungkook and momo or some purposely drop their birthday cakes/have food in front of them but you never see them eat it. However we actually see them eat the food like with Karina ratings box of donuts or winter eating half a cake by herself. However karina has talked openly about how she loses weight if she needs to which imo is a really bad method. Similar to how boxers lose weight in short amounts of time for a weigh in.

aclaremos que fue en semana de promoción, creo que vale la pena aclarar que tuvieron que pedirle permiso a su manager para comer esas papas Pringles porque claramente en semana de promoción tienen que mantenerse en un peso "estable". pero creo que fue winter la que una vez dijo que ellas en semana de promoción no hacían la "típica" dieta de saltarse comidas y pasar hambre, lo único que hacen es reducir la porción, por ejemplo, si tú desayunas normalmente 3 sandwiches, pos solo te comerías 1 o 1/2, me entiendes? pero en su día a día ellas se les ve que comen bien.

no it's true, theyre always eating in their vlogs 😭 but why do they have typical idol physique? it's because of their active lifestyle!! they dance and sing for a living, theyre always moving, and of course they have a great dieting program which improves their metabolism (not restrictive/starving themselves)
