  • This video is about one, not large production doing bakery, however, I had a chance to work with this absolute awesome team, they showed me how everything gets done here and honestly - I left inspired to use more local ingredients, the flavour of all bakes was amazing! It feel so good to meet great bakers on my baking journey, thanks to everyone! But not that fast,- we will meet in the part 2 😉

    Everything looks so fresh, as I always say this is art but also a lot of hard work. Crazy hours, amazing results, very impressed! So many seeds, also great to have coffee while working too, the croissant lamination looks stunning, my favourite is the pain au chocolat 😀 Looking forward to Part 2! 🍿

    I so enjoy these Day In The Life Of A Baker videos. Thank you for going through the trouble capturing the moments and putting them together. Denmark is beautiful. Wish I am there enjoying the pastries and being with nature. ❤🥐🍞🥖🌲

      Hey, thanks a lot! Well I had a 'bit' of work to put everything together but it's finally here 😁
      the work and life balance is great, it's always nice to escape to the nature and it's so easy because the city itself is not so industrialized so you can have a peaceful moment in the park around the corner. Loved it! see you in the next part! ☺️ thanks a lot!

    Baking is my way of relaxing, and I love to watch you enjoying your job so much. It's great how close nature is to Copenhagen. I have a great friend in Uppsala, Sweden and she also can bicycle just a little bit and be in the beautiful, wild nature. Wonderful!

    Lovely, nice to see!
    Isn't it fun that most countries refer to ‘Danish’ pastry, while in Denmark and Sweden the name is Wienerbrød (Wienerbröd in Swedish), as of the assumed Austrian origin.

      Hey! Yes indeed, I always check with the locals and do my research but this type of pastry has always beem called as ‘Danish’ everywhere I worked so I kept that way😇

    Delicious Video as Always Kris👏👏👏. Amazing breads & pastries 👌. Anything with Rhubarb i am in my Happy place. I even look for preserved rhubarb when it's out of season. Looking forward to part 2.☘❤.

      hey, here I didn't get a chance to do that but where I work now - yes, I am trying to incorporate more vegan pastries so more people with intolerances have a chance to try something nice :)

      That’s awesome. I am allergic to eggs so I have to look for many vegan options and it’s hard in traditional pastries.
