Good morning, halfman! On ground zero, there is no boss that spawns on the map until you hit lvl20 or 21. That first raid, that was a bear pmc talking. Just figured I'd let you know, but on woods, customs, and shoreline, the goons are almost always there
@@LalleMangamingI have found, the only good way to kill Tagilla is by actively avoiding him, and panicking and spraying him down. Every time I'm the one hunting him he drops me lol
My first round of PvE i didnt expect it to be as involved to say the least. I instantly got black armed by a PMC peaking while laying down behind a bush...... from then on i knew what the stage was going to be set like lol
im really glad you have a series on this, and yes the AI is sometimes equal to players on how accurate they are, aswell their nades are perfect they will always land at your feet so if you hear a nade getting thrown run, dont stay where you are, also quick tip all pmc's and scav's will push any gunshots they hear so if you start to spray be prepared for more, also yes the pmc gear and lvls scale with you the armor lvls and ammo/guns will change over time, my AI pmcs now spawn with m62 rfb’s and yes they loot,
Wipes have enforced a form of speedrunning in Tarkov, the lack thereof means we can take a stroll to Kappa, meandering along the way, stopping to look at the scenery or just "people watch".
Looks like fun for someone that dont have time to dump hours into the game that just wants to hop on relax and play, and not have to deal with cheaters and those that just rush to the top tier stuff and just wipes everyone.

@cryptosuchusp1517 that sounds exactly right. I dont play it anymore until they make that scav change. I love the rest of SPT just not the fast scav spawns
I love the PVE content but I do think there is an argument for single player tarkov. The SAIN mod in conjunction with the questing Bots, looting bots, and swag + Donuts mods make PvE far more varied and challenging than the stock experience.
Oh I agree there is a place for SPT. I'm sure one day I'll check it out, but I am sticking the basics for the time. Just simple due to time restrictions lol

For kicks and giggles I went to factory and turned on Ai horde, and cursed and it was crazy how fast 12 scabs came to me and killed me. I did it again but ticked scav war and MY GOD it sounded like WW3 in the factory
It showed the CPU fan because that's needed for vents 2, which you have available for upgrade, and it doesnt show the spark plug because the generator is locked behind security 1 and so isn't available for upgrade

Couldn’t remember the damn song name so I typed in the only lyric I remembered in my delirium, which was half man lmao. Saw some video called escape from tarkov rags to riches and was like “yo that’s crazy, is he really in tarkov?” Clicked on it and just couldn’t stop watching. Long story short I always think of stone temple pilots when I watch any half man video
Nice to see you back at it again even if it is PvE. It's interesting to see the differences between this official PvE mode and the SPT mod which I play regularly....seems to be a bit barebones in features but at least they are improving it.
jeager lvl1, you know what i think if you saw my other comment, shotgun supremacy but i really want to know what your favorite is but in this case you should be able to get max stats really easy, preferably immunity IMO for the stims, you can work on it with Max energy, croutons and mayonnaise but counter the mayonnaise with milk and pineapple juice the problem is it takes 22.5 days of real time with negative effects active so buy as much mayonnaise and max energy as possible because each one is 5 min for 25k on PVE flea but you have to use them in raid or the time wont count moonshine is the best option though as it also applies the 8.5min painkiller(Tremor comes for nearly every stim and alcohol so I just accept it) but you should 100% us Obdolbos 2 regularly because its cheaper than propital, which is 70k(or trade 5 apple juice, 18K apiece) Edit for the god knows time, EPIC LEDX
Have you run into nay problems with PMC Karma? I play Tarkov very infrequently and didn't realize the system was added until I heard about it from Reddit. Seems like a very controversial addition.
Imo the ai from official pve is nothing compared to SPT with just a couple mods. It makes the ai much more lifelike and it adds real challenges through attrition rather than sheer numbers to break you down. I saw you dont have time for spt right now but i have to recommend it myself as well
This ai is what happens when the cheaters continually complain on forrums about how easy the scavs are. A 2 man team is how me n my buddies are playing tarkov atm. Scav runs are by far the easiest way to build stash but at the same time a full gigachad kit will not save you from 20 shotgun scavs coming at you that spawn less than 100 feet from you back to back while you are healing blacked out limbs and full bleeds.
Ya kiba runs may be nearly impossible solo even though that's the best spawn currently for high tier plates at level 10 I'd honestly rather farm a boss gang for gear 😆

Also, flashbangs/grenades are your best friend in pve mode for entering a building or an area with a lot of cover to get a voicline

Agreed. Even with the aggressive scavs it's definitely a much more relaxed experience.

It's for sure a nice pace since you can basically take your time and not worry too much.

Did a LOT of tweaks, including changing out old parts and upgrading, glad the old problem is gone!
Just FYI, PMCs and Scavs dont pick up your gear, so insuring is a good idea.
