Hey, so this video is getting some traction again for obvious reasons. This is NOT a FACILITIES GUIDE but the core logi loop is still the same as discussed in this video. Thank you for watching but if you want to find out more about facilities check out the other Foxhole Youtbers who have talked about this subject. I'll eventually get arround to making a high quality guide myself but ... these things take time. SO don't expect it any time soon. Anyways hope you're having a wonderful day and if not *E-hug* hope that helps. Mkay bye!
I always forget how complicated this game can be to new players. I’ve been playing for so long that I don’t realize how complex the game can be to people who haven’t already been playing for years. Videos like these help a lot. So thank you for helping out the new players. I personally had to teach myself how to play the game in a lot of ways, but the game was much simpler back then so it wasn’t that big of a deal.
3:06 I would imagine someone watching this video is a total new player, and thus will ask "where do I get a wrench?" You can add a line like "check nearby townhall or bases on the map". I also think the depot option should be the 2nd one, because it's more reliable. 3:49 Can add that there are two icons, one for crates, one for the actual vehicles. It's common to see new players pull a crate instead then don't know what to do with it.
I’m always on the frontlines using all these player made gear. Tonight I think I’m going to run logi for the first time all night, gotta give back my appreciation of the logistics branch by putting in some time in their boots
I'm a new player and I have checked a bunch of different guides by different people, but this one seemed the most comprehensible. What's been very helpful is the Planning section which actually lets me connect the dots of what I'm supposed to do. There's quite a bit of information (when you're new) and the visual helps a lot. Kudos!
A long time ago, I ran the logi's. Very concise and showed me that nothing has really changed logi wise. You did forget to mention to listen to a great series of podcasts while banging scrap nodes; I doubt the mind numbing tediousness of it has changed.
Remember, you can mouse over bases on the map to see what they have in their storage. You don't need other people to tell you what you should bring, you can check for yourself if anything important is missing. Bases at the front usually need stuff in the following order of importance: Soldier Supplies > BMATS > Basic Weapons > Anti-Tank Weapons > Special Equipments / Tools > Garrison Supplies. I put Garrison Supplies last because while they are important, a base can survive a while without them and as long as a front base is fighting, it has bigger problems, though definitely don't leave a base starving over night. Also, if a bunker base gets hit by artillery a lot, it should always have about 3k BMATS stored up, since if these run out, it's all over.
I'm new to the game, just got it today. We had a frontline fight lasting hours and hours. We were low on bmats then our garrison got destroyed by sudden artillery. We didn't have the bmats to properly repair everything and we got wiped out within 15 minutes. Lesson learned, bmats very very important.
This is great as an intro. Note to people that if you get a flatbed with a container on back you can gather 5k supplies at once, greatly increasing your efficiency. But you will need a crane at the scrap yard to take the container off/put onto your flatbed. These should usually already be there at the scrapyard by other players tho, so no worries.
500+ hours in game 400 odd as logi myself. Whilst I would have explained some this different and do have a couple of different preferences, for new players this is FANTASTIC. We don't do it foe the commends, but that being said. 'Toss a commend to your logi'
Man, this was fckng amazingly helpful. I loved Medic gameplay when I got back into the game just yesterday after a long hiatus (last time I played was when it was still alpha, with barely any vehicles etc)... but logi work amazed me, both for its importance, and especially its complexicity. Thank you for simplifying this by such a huge lot!
fr bro on my first day i ended up playing 10 hours. Normally I only game for 2-3 hours a day if im free but foxhole was different the game is very immersive
Whenever I come back to Foxhole after a break, I always check a newbie guide just in case any basics have changed. Considering I haven't played since just before trenches, I get the feelin' I've got a lot to re-learn. That being said, pretending anyone's gonna commend you for logi is a cruel joke to play on the fresh meat.
during my first experience as logi we were ambushed on a road waaay in our own territory and I ended up being the sole survivor protecting our cargo. Even seemingly boring roles can be exhilarating
THHHHHHANK YOU. you just saved me, i really needed that im looking fowerd i only have 30 mins into the game, i thought i wated a couple of bucks in a tooooo complicated game but now it might put up for my fav games. thank you you saved me. (im really looking fowerd to more videos like this i could really use it)
Lol I picked this up again after a few years. Nearly forgotten all of it. Saw a bunch of new people ask what they should be doing and a lot of vets immediately tried to push them into logi duty. Being logi is like being a healer in other games: nearly nobody wants to do it. Many expect others to do it. And almost everyone takes it for granted.
This reminds me of the ANT runs in Planetside 1. They were vital to keeping base defences and supplies running, so targeting the ANT taking was vital. Shame they dropped it from 2.
Super helpful! I just started playing the game a few days ago and have been wanting to get into Logi. I have been doing medic but often i notice we run out of bmats and other materials and want to help. Now i can hop in and start contributing to the war effort on a grander scale!

Good video. Explains logi in-depth while still being easy to understand. I did notice a few things that probably should’ve been mentioned, but I think new players will be able to figure it out as they play. Asking questions shouldn’t hurt.
