- Hi guys🤗💖 Today I am sharing my second travel vlog from my trip to Finland, and this one is highlighting my hometown Lappeenranta where I have lived most of my life. @@KlePhys Hi! Yes, highly recommend! I got my Master Degree in Strategic Finance, the program was intense but in general studying was fun. A lot of group projects, professors are mostly opened and cooperative, the most memorable thing from studying were nights spend in the uni in special cooperative rooms (called Alpha, Betta and so one), these were available for booking by hourly based slots, had PCs, boards, tables and cozy chairs, usually up to 5 easily could lock themselves and brainstorm the projects without being interrupted. Plus perfect Finnish cuisine in university’s multiple ravintolat (restaurants) with 50% discounts for students :)

Wow, I'm bored in quarantine in Florida, USA and started watching a cool show on Netflix set in a town I can barely spell. I love how peaceful and somber it looks, almost like a different world. It reminds me of small towns in upstate Oregon, near portland. I love the interior design and how everyone dresses. I was currently supposed to be on a month tour of Europe but it is obviously canceled so I'm stuck at home.

GOOD VIDEO from your hometown.Your voice is clear and English simple to understand.I have lived Lappeenranta too.This type of video is good to show people who come to stay for example study or just visiting (as tourist).Plus was that you didnt talk whole the time so music helped concentrate video.And there was enough information.

I was watching the Netflix movie called Bordertown and looked up Lappeen Ranta, Finland. I also live in a border city, Jacksonville, Florida. Great tour, thank you, I love small towns.
Wow, that is so interesting, I didnt think those TV shows are available around the world. Well, maybe it is old school thinking from me, but I would have not thought that this TV show is available in other countries as well. But so great to hear that and also great that you were so interested that you checked our little city :) It is a truly beautiful city both during the summer and winter. Hi there😊 Yes, I just came back from visiting my family on Monday and also flew back from Lappeenranta to Berlin. Very good route I must say😊 If you plan on visiting winter is great for snow activities and well, for just enjoying the real winter weather😊 Sorry for the spelling🤭 Doesn't always go right no matter how many times you check😅

There are student rooms from LOAS that you should be able to get for that price. You might want to contact them directly and ask for the availability and the prices in advance😊

Hi there, I think it depends on what you are looking for. There are some jobs definitely available to non-finnish-speakers, but they might be very limited. Are you planning on coming to study to Lappeenranta?
