Wow talking about nitrogen coming out of solution (~13:20) at the injury site, I have a sports-hernia-ish injury like this, and I pop (like cracking a knuckle) the area near my pubic symphysis maybe once every few days; figured it was gas building up, hopefully from the body's repair process.

I couldnt quite understand that. I have had athletic pubalgia for over a year in half without help from my Doctor or physical therapist. In totally miserable. It wont heal. My MRI, ct scan, and ultrasound didnt show any tears. The doctor doesn't know what to do. My they're not any doctors in Sacramento who treat this. Can you help me?

@@danr4746 did you get rid of this in the end?

Actually it's strange you ask because i did get rid of the problem with a product called bpc157 and a unique physical therapist who suggested strengthing hb my gluteus minimus and gluteus medius. However, it has come back. Im now using a 5 inch diameter ball to lay on face down. Im trying to soften and break up the tissue in my stomach muscles so they relax. Im finding that my stomach muscles spasm because of too much jujitsu and too many sit ups over all these years. It's really had to rebalance the core.

@@danr4746 yeah sounds like a bit of a nightmare tbh. I’m asking as I think I may have this. I was training one night (football/soccer) and after it I felt a dull ache in my adductor muscles and in and around my pubic bone. I stupidly went back to training and surprise surprise it got much worse and to the point Ive had to stop altogether. I’m still out that’s been almost 4 months down the line. I feel pain in my lower abdomen when doing planks or any kinda core work and my groin hurts when I squeeze my legs together. Can’t seem to shift the pain at all. I wish you well in your recovery buddy
