Those aren’t ventilation holes; they’re drain holes to let the giant quantities of sweat that will inevitably accumulate in the shoe pour out. 😄 Seriously though those look like they’d totally cook your feet if worn for a decent amount of time. Those holes aren’t close to big enough to allow for noticeable ventilation IMO.
