Been using Robson for 5+ years. Great flight, a set generally lasts me 4-6 months, so it works out cheaper than buying 100 micron flighs. Paired with trident nose cones to make them last longer.
I tried these for a few months, but they tore too easily, and after a while became loose and would pop off whichever stems I was using them on; also, the logo wore off in no time. And I did get a couple of Robin Hoods, where the incoming dart stuck into the plastic covering the stem. Too expensive to keep replacing, so I switched to Cosmo, and glad I did, although they are beginning to warp and wear now. Hoping my Cosmo Pros will arrive tomorrow!
I've been using the Winmau Freeflo points for a few months. Not sure if they are sharper than normal points. My Blade 4 which I bought about August 2015 is still going strong, and gets lots of usage, so is lasting very well, but I do turn it regularly, per your advice! Cheers!
Been using Fantail Robson flights for 3 years now on Target pro grip shafts. With just normal wear on flight and never had any tear. Hard to change flights when I know these fly so good for me.
Worldwide; great review as always. You mentioned the other day I might be interested in today's review; you're correct. Depending on my particular darts set-up I normally use pear shaped, kite, or shaped flights. Took a quick look at Darts Corner and the Robson plus flights they carry; they have all three styles. I'll try a couple sets on my next order with them. Thanks again and keep the reviews coming.
It took me a long time to get around to ordering a set of these, but I'm glad I did. Mine are probably almost a year old now with off and on (mostly on) usage. I originally thought they were just another gimmick - yeah right, a rigid flight that works with all universal four cut stems, no way they're going to be worth a crap - and was I wrong about that! I couldn't have been more wrong about them. For all you people having trouble getting them to stay on - Try using a set of flight lock springs, the exact same ones you would normally use with poly flights and nylon stems. It worked for me, and I can't make them fall off. I use the Designa Durable Nylon medium stems with lock rings and haven't had one flight fall off yet.
Just ordered a set of these with five sets of stems. Been short on stems lately with all the closures. Thanks for the recommendation and the discount code.

Hey WWD, you should do a before and after view on the reinforced ribs. Sounds like you are nailing the groups close together. Do one view out of the box with closeup and then after you throw them for a day or 2. Could be interesting to see if there is a difference. Keep em straight, keep doing what you are doing. Thank you.
I've been using the Robson flights for 3 years or so and they've held up beadutifully. I still have the first set I bought. I do however use these flights interchangeably with my soft tip darts. I personally much prefer the Robson flights over the Winmau Stealth stem and flight systems. Robsons' durability and price point make it an easy choice in my opinion if someone shopping. The shape styles and color schemes are somewhat limited though. Hope and wish everyone is happy and healthy.
I ordered a set of orange fantails a few months ago at the same time I ordered my Super Kites and stems. My main reason for wanting to try them out was because they looked comparable to a Cosmo setup, except I could conceivably use whatever stem I wanted. I ended up putting them on a set of Designa Durable Nylon stems with lock rings and I used a little bit of Goof Off to remove the logos. I used one paper towel with Goof Off to remove, and immediately followed by a second one with more Goof Off to get the residual that always gets smeared and left behind. I rinsed each one thoroughly as I was done with them, just to not have the Goof Off sitting on the surface and potentially ruining the plastic. Overall, I'd have to say I really like them. My Super Kites are showing far more wear around the edges, and even though they get far more board time, the Robsons are in much better condition and have hardly any signs of wear at all and are also holding their shape and the 90° angle much better. I think the Robsons are more comparable to the Fit Flight than the Fit Flight Air that my Super Kites are. Anyway, yeah... The Robsons get 👍👍from me.

Depends on the day with me 😂 but at the time I was using the pixel chizzys or a set of Barney’s (25 gram 9five) I’m wondering if the ones I got were old stock because I did buy them locally here.
@@BradSedore Did you do anything to eliminate the lip?
No, didn’t really see the need, even when using fit flights I didn’t and would tear the flights before I killed the ends
Use this for 7 days and the flight tore apart! totally waste of money. but i do agree on the combination for cheap shaft and robson.. oh you can't use aluminium shaft of these.
Sounds like you need to get rid of the lip on the front of your darts. No flight should self destruct within a week. Mine barely have a scratch on them.
@@WorldwideDarts Trident red cones on it.. wish i could attach a pic for you to see.
Got them a dollar cheaper on darts corner than azdarts
Just had a look. If you use the discount code (wwide8) at DC you can get them for about $5. Almost $7 at AZ
@@WorldwideDarts I got them just a little bit over 5
Why dont you play profsionally?
I used to. Now I'm an amateur RUclipsr 😁
@@WorldwideDarts have you ever played on tv??
