Lions Syndicate just showed interview that had a Chicago coach admit that Benedict Johnson was recruiting staff to come with him to Chicago during the latter part of the season. He was already checked out and distracted with his next gig before our season was even over.

Agree. They've already (smartly) committed to a few expensive-but-worth-it extensions, with AH's still coming. So they need to need to keep drafting well, which adds talent on rookie deals. Spending out the wazoo on big free agents, while it sounds nice, would end up hurting depth; and we saw how vital depth is this year. Even though injuries shouldn't hit quite as hard over the next few years, they're still going to hit hard as they do every team.
I agree, stay the course, keep the talent we have and develop young guys. That's a recipe to stay good.
If Brad stays the course, then he better find some d line players besides Alim and Aidan that can contribute. These Brodrick Martin, Paschal, Marcus Davenport types ain't cutting it. The best secondary can only cover for so long! Draft 1 or 2 d linemen and sign one in free agency as well and possibly even re-sign Levi now that he is starting show what he can do!
The LIONS should add and not subtract talents.
The team has fallen .on its face twice in the playoffs and you say stay the course, yeah let's keep doing the same things and expect a different outcome
You don’t change a winning culture because of one loss, we’re a winning organization now because we did it right from day one, through the 3 in season to the 15 win season, it’s been constant and steady, next years real will be really really good, have a very tough schedule but we’re a top contender again, let’s go.

I don't care how he does it (draft, or free agency), but he needs to prioritize the defensive line. He has drafted players that aren't impactful (Paschal, Martin, etc.). They need to get some dudes who can get after the QB and hopefully Hutch is healthy.
Yeah we need depth, the guys we had , if they’d stayed healthy, we woulda been fine.
