Happy Australia Day, Antonio and family. Never heard this song before. It’s super. The video brought back memories of my visit to Sydney - one scene with the ‘Blue Mountains’ is so memorable, trekked with friends there. You all have a great ‘Australia Day.’
Thanks Gerry :) Its a song that was written and recorded by Peter Allen. He was a well known Australian performer but passed away more than 20 years ago. They made a musical and stage show about him, The Boy from Oz. The Blue Mountains are very nice, so many great hikes. If you were here in summer you might remember the sound of cicadas, its like a bush symphony :)

Thankyou Eduard! My voice has just started to transition, I can still sing high in my head voice and I will be recording more boy soprano pieces. It seems I’m a bit different to other boy sopranos in that I have this big range and sing across it all. I am going to start work on my chest voice so that I will have a smooth transition. Most boys stop singing for a few years but I want to keep singing. I am not sure if I’ll continue to sing counter tenor once my voice transitions, but I’m going to keep working the high notes as well to keep my options open. I am most likely to sing baritone I think. I love trying lots of genres, but I still love to come back to classical and I think when I’m older I might train as an operatic baritone, I love singing arias :)

Its an interesting period Ken. Antonio is actually at the peak of his treble powers his range has expanded to 4 octaves and the upper range increased from C6 to F#6. We're working on a couple of songs in that upper range whilst its still there.
