LRR is 0.10
So, Formula for money multiplier is 1\LRR , it means 1\0.10 which is 100\10=10 Times
And formula for credit creation is
Credit Creation= Money Multiplier x initial Deposit which is [10 x 50,000]= 5,00,000[Total Deposits]

Givens- Initial deposit/primary deposit= 50,000 and Legal reserve ratio(LRR)- 10%.
To find- Total Deposit.
First find money multiplier= 1/LRR(10%)divided by 100= 10times.
So total deposit= ID(50,000)×MM(10times)=5,000000 lakhs
Bro its 5,00,000 not 50 lakhs
