@@HeavyTanker1945 Durasteel can do that. It just can't take it over time because the heat would melt it. But it would be cool if it was really Beskar. In Clone Wars they said Jango stole the armor so I don't see why Mandalorians would care if it wasn't Beskar. Sure he looks like them but still.
If Mando let Cobb keep it, Boba would have murdered him and take the armor. Hell even if Boba wasn't around, the next Mandalorian that comes to visit Cobb wouldn't be as friendly as Din. So he did Cobb a favour by taking it away.
Commander Shepard I can imagine Cobb him or someone (an intergalactic Blacksmith) making an armor suit for him, but it won't be the same and awesome as the Boba one... Or even durable.

Mando should have let him keep the Armor. Not Beskar after all.
In most cases Boba's armor isn't Beskar, it's Durasteel. That's what he meant by it not being Beskar.
Daviasio the chest piece at least appears to be real Beskar, it took a close range Blaster bolt and not even a scratch
