This is my guitar cover of Iron Maiden's Powerslave. I've used the backing track of the original song of drums and bass. I've tried to make it as close as possible studio version, changing a little the Dave Murray solos, are more similar to the "Live After Death" and the Adrian Smith solo, that is like in "Flight 666", with the last 4 bars improvised. The final part of the "LAD's" song is a bit longer studio version one, Dave plays an arabic melody and I've tried to adapt it.

Este es mi cover de guitarra del tema Powerslave de Iron Maiden. He utilizado el backing track de la canción original de bajo y batería. He intentado hacerla lo más parecida posible a la versión de estudio, cambiando un poco los solos de Dave Murray, que son más parecidos a los del "Live After Death" y el solo de Adrian Smith que es como en el directo "Flight 666", con los últimos 4 compases improvisados.
La parte final de la canción de la versión del "LAD" es un poco más larga que la del LP y Dave toca una melodía árabe que he tratado de adaptar a este cover.

Actually I have the new MIM DM Strat, and... IMHO... I feel better in my hands than the USA uhmm... it's more easy and comfortably to play... The only thing that I miss is the DiMarzio SD in the bridge, seriously!

En cuanto a la eq de cada guitarra... no me acuerdo!! no me apunté los ajustes!! Lo que sí puedo decirte es cómo emulé el sonido, usé solo VST's. Para los amplis, el Hy-Brit de Le Pou (emulador JCM800), Distorque + Distortion (emulador MXR Distortion+) para Dave y el TSE808 de TSEAudio para Adrian. También otros efectos que vienen por defecto en Reaper como el Phaser y el Wah para los solos de Dave. Espero que te ayude!

What pick up does the Fender have please?
DiMarzio DP100 SuperDistortion on Bridge position and DP103 PAF 36th anniversary on Neck, are the stock pickups for this USA version ;)
