there is one CORRECTION guys, rhodophyceae has both non motile spores for asexual and "non motile" gametes for sexual reproduction
In the vid he said non motile spores for asexual and "motile" gametes for sexual

NCERT line---red algae reproduce asexually through non motile spores as well as sexually through *non motile* spores.......but u said they reproduce sexually through 👉motile spores👈 it is wrong !!! at 8:07

it even says that sexual reproduction is oogamous and in oogamous reproduction male gamet is motile.

@ nida alam there are two types of asexual reproduction in algae 1)zoospres are motile and aplanospores are non motile
I was just worried about this chapter because ncert is just so boring for this chp but after watching this video this chapter has now become a cake walk for me ❤

HI i had a doubt. In your video you have said that rhodophycea reporduce sexually through "motile spores" but in the given ncert latest textbook edition it is given as "non-motile gametes" Which of them is correct here?
