I use a ‘mass cover’ system to get 2-4 hits then use [hopefully] profits to venture into other ‘systems’ for half a dz hits, then change system again etc etc. Sometimes go back to a ‘mass cover’ for a couple hits to keep me in “profit” …. I always hope !!! 🤪

I ran this on demo mode for 100 spins on an online casino with a single zero table with no profit goal. I was up $550 by about spin 40 then my fortunes declined until it was $600 down, then settled at $-400. My small sample seemed to be in line with your simulator data. It's typical roulette in that if you play long enough, you will lose. I agree that if a player keeps their goals modest and gets a good start then it is reasonable to walk away with more than you came with. You are also correct that you sacrifice payouts for coverage. It makes the whacks feel like a car crash.
That's the key. Stop the game when you get a reasonable profit goal or restart with another distribution to not burn the one you have been playing.

if you want to grind it out. put $5 (or whatever you are good with) on the double streets, leaving the first and last street open. then put $5 on a column. most will be pushes, depending on the which column, first street or last street will be half whack or a full whack. if you high your column you make $15. 6 full whacks on a double zero.
The only thing I like about this one is that it is not a martingale bet strategy…But the results in 80 spins and the simulator are deplorable….It don’t deserve a B- I’d have to give it a D-….As for the strategy name…I think Double Trouble would be more appropriate…..
