Process Improvement Game | Lean Training 2018 (video 2)

It's very important in Lean to have a consensus. A process that takes 16 seconds can take 3 minutes. This process has 91% of inefficiency. Some processes that I reviewed had 99.99% of inefficiencies. A process that took 3 months had 2 hours of actual touch time. This game is great to illustrate the process walk and to find our inefficiencies.
