Thanks for the vid, Jackson Jetsetting! My folks have never been to Cancun so I was looking into taking them for my birthday in the summer. However, with this unfortunate pandemic, it’s still a mystery as to what’s available to the general public and what isn’t. In spite of the limitations, I’m sure they’ll just be happy to experience Cancun in general 😅🙏🏽🇲🇽
@@JacksonJetsetting Thanks for your reply! Quick question: even though I’m an experienced swimmer, is it necessary to wear a life-vest within all the parks? (I feel like it totally inhibits my freedom of movement underwater, LoL!)
Sadly im undocumented here in the US and can’t visit this beautiful place without coming back. Hopefully one day I become legal and can visit my country again...
Great video! I'm planning on going to Cancun in June. Chichén Itzá and Isla Mujeres are on my list. If I may ask, what other non-water activities are there to do? My friend and I can't swim and I had a surgery that I am still recovering from which restricts extraneous activities. Thank you!
At Hyatt, it's been consistent with before the pandemic, and always available. Marriott has been hit or miss, and usually requiring me to speak to the check-in agent, rather than it being proactive.
thanks for this video! is it okay to do the water activities if we don’t know how to swim? i am assuming it’s safe because they make u wear a life vest but just wondering
Hi there! I was there in early January, so no PCR test was required. Now, most hotels are arranging your test for you. Keep in mind, a PCR test isn't required for tests back to the US, an antigen (rapid) test will suffice.
@@Thereal.laylaj Either- you can always plan yourself (or the attraction you're visiting may have transportation included in the ticket- all the Xcaret parks have this). Planning yourself will save you money over what the resort can offer.
Guys Do you know how will be the covid situation n Cancun during this summer season 2021? I mean is there anyone right now knowing how will be the beaches in Cancun? Open or closed?
Jackson Jetsetting thank you and I wonder also the restaurants especially in the evening if they are open or not? 'cause i come as a single woman and I did not decide yet

Love the background music! I will be in Cancun in November Lord willing
The background music is "Never Walk Alone" (Tomas Skyldeberg Remix).
Thanks!
I went to Cancun, it was my favorite vacation ever!
Great spot!
@@JacksonJetsetting might visit again ;)

Bravo!Thank you for the video!Mexico is my dream!!
Glad you enjoyed it!
Viva Mexico !! I miss Cancun. It’s probably good time to go during Covid because of smaller crowds if you’re willing to take a small risk.
For sure
Any place without plastic is beautiful
Believe me downtown Cancun has a lot of plastic 😀
haha
Good to know! ✈️✈️
Thanks!
Great video! This is very informative and will help us decide to do when we are there!
Glad it was helpful!
We are going there in May. I like your vlog and the music. You have new friends from Vegas.Take care Cris and Ben
My husband and I will be there in May also! Super excited.
Hope it was fun!
I went to xcaret a few years ago. It was the highlight of my trip to cancun
How did you get back to your resort, was traveling on a van/taxi scary or is it very professional.
Very professional
Nice I will be there in 3 weeks and visit it for the second time 🧡
Hope it was a great trip!
Thanks for the info! Going in 13 days!
You’re gonna have a blast!
Me too enjoy your trip

I'd recommend Xcaret, which has lots of non-water activities. Visiting the ruins of Tulum should be on your list as well!
Hello, thanks for the amazing video.
What is the best package deal to get there these days? traveling from New York?
I would say flying mid week on non holidays is always your best bet- you can compare on Expedia for individual dates!
Are Buffett style dining still an option in Cancun? Visit in July
At the Marriott we did have a buffet option
What has been your experience with getting suite upgrades without using your certificates?
At Hyatt, it's been consistent with before the pandemic, and always available. Marriott has been hit or miss, and usually requiring me to speak to the check-in agent, rather than it being proactive.
Hi I am headed to Cancun in a week and was wondering if bars and beach clubs were open?
Bars and beach clubs were open, but not sure if your favorite one will be- ask your hotel when you get there! Have a great trip
I’ll be there the 13th through the 18th Monica!
@@bridgervoy how’d it go?
when did you go? is water cold in those rivers?
We’ve been to the parks several times at different parts of the year. The water is chilly year round, but a ton of fun!
Hi guys! Someone knows how is there during rainy season? I wanted to go there on august, but I found mixed informations about weather that time.
check out my latest videos- i just returned!

If you're comfortable with that, I'm sure that's fine!
What kind of waterproof camera do you use to blog?
GoPro!
So the ferry now runs from Cancun to Cozumel?
No, it’s still required to arrange transport to playa del Carmen to catch it!
what camera are you using to film
GoPro Hero 8 and iPhone!
I’m going for 2 weeks does that give me plenty of time do everything ??? Lol I never been
Definitely!
Where did you get your PCR test done in mexico?? Thx

@@JacksonJetsetting Thank you! :)
how do yu gt to conzumel like how would i look up to get there
There are very frequent ferries from Playa del Carmen- you can buy tickets day-of
How much is conzumel ride ?
If I remember correctly around $12 each way!
How do you get back to your resort, was traveling on a van/taxi scary or is it very professional.
I rented a car to shoot much of this, but taxis and shared vans/organized transportation is easy to arrange and quite safe
@@JacksonJetsetting would you have to plan this in advance or does the resort off these to you
