I was not prepared for chibi-Biollante's voice.
this was hilarious
So i looked at miyuki sawashiro's filmography (the va for chibi biollante), and she was in a lot of different anime.
She was ultear and ur from fairy tail,pudding from one piece,and a character named fujiko mine from the lupin the 3rd movies.
She also played a character named Elizabeth from persona 3.
Cute and exciting.and it is in English.
