Excellent! It is crucial to shed light on the importance of the integrative process post-entheogenic-transpersonal experience. Forming conscious, compassionate communities, in person especially and online when necessary, are essential to our development and understanding after such profound, perhaps disintegrating, experiences. If you have had experiences like those mentioned in this discussion, know that you are not alone. Listen to that feeling inside to connect and reach out. Your environment, especially who you surround your self with, just as in normal life, while re-integrating and re-writing our values and identity structure, is quintessential to these experiences, especially if your goal is healing, to become whole, to become liberated, as Dr. Metz shared at the end here.
