By the Dread Wolf! Seriously Bioware, 80 hours on my first playthrough and now I started a female stabby stabby elf rogue. This game is a masterpiece, best purchase of my life. Thank you and keep the quality expansions coming!!!
I hate the fact I automatically find intelligent guys more attractive... and elves. Ugh. If I hadn't already decided my infatuation before the game, I wouldn't have romanced and fallen desperately for Solas, and I would never have gotten my heart completely smashed! But after thinking about everything, how can you not forgive him? And I just know that I'll romance him again, even though it'll break my heart. I always have a strong spot for my first romances and Solas', never mind how heartbreaking, was a beautifully written romance.
At first, I didn't really think too much of Solas, but I started an female Elf rogue and I decided I was going to romance him and to be honest, I found him to be really intriguing. Once you learn more about him and what all he's done, he's actually a pretty cool guy. I'd definitely suggest people give him a chance :D
I really like Solas. After my first hour or so with him, I considered him to be the Spock to my Kirk. Its not a 1 to 1 but they are both thoughtful, calm, knowledgeable, and intelligent. I need to spend more time with Cole to get a better read on him.
Anybody go through their second playthrough and realize that if you pay close enough attention to Solas, you kind of realize that it leads up to what happens later? #nevertrusttheablino
Yeah, like that banter with Varric where he asks if there are trickster figures in dwarven literature. Also, all the banter with Iron Bull and with Sera!
Please fix the console audio glitches! They have ruined my game and I cannot play anymore without major noise issues! I was loving this game, PLEASE fix it!
***** I know - I loved Asunder! Probably my favourite of the first three books (haven't yet caught up with The Masked Empire and The Last Flight unfortunately), and the main reason was Cole and the suspense of not knowing who or what he is throughout the entire novel. Plus the ending is amazing - every time someone references Lord Seeker Lambert in DA:I I can't help but chuckle a bit. :P I'm also hoping to meet Evangeline and see how she gets along with Cassandra. :D
I love how this trailer dresses Solas in the Grey Warden and Keeper robes like he wouldn't absolutely abhor the idea of being dressed that way. (I am guilty of the exact same).
