We love MSC!!! Going on our 12th MSC cruise this December, third in the yacht club. It is an absolutely incredible experience. We have actually never seen the icewater guy in the buffet. So this almost feels a little bit like no good deed goes unpunished in that he missed you all somehow. I stopped watching after that part, hope your entire experience was amazing.

My wife was a regular with Carnival. We had our honeymoon on MSC Divina and fell in love with the company. We have dear friends all across the company. So, yes, a bit protective. We have been on three MSC cruises, out of Florida and Italy. MSC is the only privately held company in the mass cruise market. They operate a giant shipping container business which held them over during the pandemic, as far as I know they took on zero debt during the pandemic, which is unique, RCL, NCL and Carnival all took on mountains of debt during the pandemic. The reason I say this is because I noticed zero degradation to the offerings or more extra charges on our March cruise. MSC is well positioned to take over one of the top positions, one of the other players are going to fold under the weight of their debts.
Agreed for sure, MSC seems to be the only cruise line not cutting services with regards to room cleaning and other things, especially given the price point their cruises are. I always say cleanliness is a good indicator of care and the way their ships are so taken care of compared to the way some other lines even new ships are taken care of is above average, I believe eventually MSC will be the biggest line in the world, they might even buy out on of those debt laden cruise companies if they ever go under.
I love how informative your guys’ videos are, sharing the prices of things etc. it’s awesome! And the food area looks awesome, buffet style is it called? 😅 I really want to go on a cruise one day and watching your guys’ videos always helps with my excitement!

Went in July took my friend who is 71yrs. Photocoper was taken her picture and he was trying to make her do all these poses he told her to come back to morrow at 8 PM we went to see the pictures at the gallery. He only took 10 head shots only😢 which was horrible.
Looks and sounds like you're giving MSC a fair chance. Not them offering everyone but you guys drinks in the buffet! That's crazy! Y'all know I'm an MSC fan, but I've had to call out some of the foolishness we've experienced too, so I get it... that part Charvon ... about looking pretty on the outside, BUT... woosaaah. I do go back repeatedly though, so it's been more good than negative for us. The water park really looks nice! What?! Brandon drank the margarita! He washed it down real quick though.😂 Enjoying the series so far... looking forward to the rest of it!

Chevon and Brandon i could tell you a lot about MSC but i try to stay professional. But trust we know what you mean with the water boy. We had the experience at dining and other locations
I will NEVER cruise with MSC again. I gave them two chances, the last time being on the Seaside. And although it was a gorgeous ship, the crew was not the most competent, but all of that could have been excused. The thing I could not excuse was the absolute rudest fellow passengers I've ever encounter on ANY cruise line. No thanks MSC, even with your reasonable prices, i won't be sailing with you again.

The specialty dinning packages promos are not worth it, just say no to the 1000 times they ask you for it. Pay for the restaurants by themselves. The Mexican restaurant and the sushi restaurant are cheaper eats and they are good.

We sailed on MSC Seaside on April 27th of this year. The infamous cruise with the failing health inspection post cruise plus 400 members of Expedia cruises travel agents! 🤣 The staff was very stand offish with us. Maybe the Pirate hat I was wearing? Everything was hit or miss! Balcony cabin was nice and so was Ocean Cay.
Lol! Your right, not the hat! I'm giving MSC another chance with our upcoming December cruise on the MSC Seashore. Hopefully the MSC Seaside experience was because of bad managers onboard with poor staff training. I've heard good things about MSC Seashore so we will see... @@ParkersOnTheGo

Um excuse me I don't like what I just saw from the wait staff in the dining area. I am so glad that you skimmed the room with the camera. I truly hope the service gets better with the wait staff. We have then booked for next Summer. It will be our first with them. Thanks for always be detailed and real.

There speciality dining options a little hefty. Wow. Look at that show reserving process. Well as you’re walking through the buffet looks ok. A 7 for MSC is good. Oh hells no with the ice water man. That’s a problem guys. It’s frustrating. No service no tip. I would report to Guest Services but my husband would be like he can keep his water. But that’s starting my vacation sour 🤦♀️. Sorry you experienced that. But why did the bartender pour the ice 🧊 into your margarita glass also? 🤷🏻♀️. Yes. Elevator madness. Y’all took the stairs? To deck 15? You guys fit. Ok. Let's give the benefit of a doubt to others before passing judgement. The man was busy with other guests at the time. I encountered a situation last year when I was not getting the service I needed all it took from me to make it right was a smile. We tend to assume the worst, it's a cultural thing.

I travel with MSC and it happens sometimes with some servers, I have never ever assumed it was because of color of my skin. I would have gotten up and gotten the water from him, or asked him again. Don't automatically assume the worse.

My husband and I was getting off the ship as you all were boarding. We noticed the same thing when it came to the service
