Mujhe bhi jab chicken pox hua tha ghar pe my dadima said mata aa gayi .. wo maa shitla ke liye bolte hain....aur jo aap saal mein ek din thanda khane ka bol rahe hain usko 'baasera' ka tyohar bolte hain jisme pichle din ka banaya hua hi khana hota hai, garm khana nai banta not even chai and maa shitla ki puja ki jati hai 😊

Here I would like to point out that what we people call Bhoot or Bhutani is referred to as various elements in Sanskrit and is referred to nature it can be from Oxygen to Atom available in Nature. Also our neighborhood country is also called Bhutan. ❤❤

A Sanyasi in Mookambika was saying, when he went there, he was told chances are less for Shankaracharya to do the prethishtta of the devi, ( It's believed to be done byv Shankaracharya ) . Swamy was sitting inside the temple, can see all the chandika homas happening around, swamy, prayed, if Shankacharya came to this place, plz show me a sign. Suddenly, a roop came out from the fire ( chandika homam fire ) with bow and arrow and disappeared. Swamy couldn't identify who it was.( Actually, swamy visited the temple after Muthappan Theyyam told Swamy, "Not me, go see Mookambika ) Swamy left the place and came back to Kerala. One day went to a temple or kaave ( i don't remember), and Theyyam told swamy, "" you saw me at Mookaambika "" It was Kiratha moorthi ( form of Shiva ) This place is 8 hours from Mookambika.
