Hi JM. Unsolicited advice, medyo mahirap imaintain ang black faucet and shower. Prone to water stains. Kaya kelangan mo sya idry every after use to avoid permanent water stains, lalo na kung yung water supply pa is deep well. Mas ok pa rin yung stainless steel talaga. Just sharing based on personal experience. 😅

I'm so happy for you and the Fam!!! I bought my first house 5 yrs ago, until now di ko pa na full paayos dahil naloko ng contractors mga 2 times HAHAHA baka third times the charm!! We plan to renovate din this year, super inspired! Nakakahappy seeing all of you so involved sa making of your house into a home. Puhon is the right term for these moments talaga, congratulations JM and Fam!!!

FYI lang po sa tiles. Yung floor tiles po na 60x60, usually po wala syang space or meron super liit lang. May mga alam ako na umangat sila ska based din sa exp namin umangat po yung tiles hahaha di namin alam bakit pati contractor namin wala maibigay na maayos na sagot. To be safe po, if you can buy extra tiles just incase na umangat sila at wala nang design na available. Medyo nahirapan kami nung magkahanp ng kapalit kasi yung design nung tiles namin phase out na hahaha... Yun lang po :) more power sa vlogs nyo

As a swiftie di naman sa negative ako noh but I think medyo malabo na bumalik si Taylor sa Pinas within 5 years. Tapos ilang taon na rin sya nung lets say babalik sya ipagpalagay natin within 10 years 44 yo na rin sya nun, di natin sure kung same pa rin energy niya etc. So I guess just like me, you missed a grand moment to see her.😅 pero I think mas ok naman na ispend sa house renovation yung 100k.yung bahay forevah yung concert momentary happiness (though nakakapanghinayang talagaaaa 😅)

Parang mahal sa Rusen.. Bidet na 304 dapat mas mura sa 305. Bidet ko sa condo 305 stainless matt finish, 1k lang kasama na installation fee. Then angle valve is 200 pesos lang.
