But they revive him, making him stronger and giving him time travel abilities. So he travels through time to find a solution, Which he realised is that, sadly, chief clock man has to die, in order for the counter titan to be defeated.
Theorically can't. If he comes back, a lot of things will need to change, including writing the plot and the series timeline. Also, strong character like him could make the serie less attractive and less dramatic
