I've used this in a high-traffic environment for more than 10 years, grinding around 6kg at month and it's still working. I'm using a very fine grind, around 14g dose. The instruction for removing the hopper is wrong, you only need to remove the two screws and you can slide the whole hopper old with the nylon neck. For most people doing cleaning, you will only have to remove the hopper and top cover which is in the polished surface. You will get assess to the burr. Cleaning-wise, it's so much easier to clean than those that screw the top burrs in. The difficulty in cleaning those is you will need to slowly pick out all the debris in the screw threads after each removal and apply a fresh coat of grease. If you don't remove those debris and force it in, it will cause the upper burrs to jam and you will have a hard time removing it.
Hey, thanks for the video. My bb005 has a squeaky noise whenever it grinds. Any idea which part of it needs fixing? Also what burrs does the grinder use?
Hey! Very good video indeed. I’m looking for a spare part for my machine. The wheel gear that you hold on 9:15 min of the video is worn out and missing some teeth. Do you know where can I buy a replacement one? Thanks!!

Thank you for the video. Can you tell me how to solve a problem with the timer funktion? My grinder doesnt stop grinding until I switch off per main switch. Thank you !
Thank you for video. Very helpful:) I have a question, how you got out the adjusting of grind level, at 5 sec of the video? What kind of screw? Thank in advance
@@vikkonkov No worries! I ended up needing a 1.5mm hex key/Allen wrench to get both of the knobs off. Appreciate the video as it appears to be the only one on RUclips of someone opening this machine.
Yes, you're right. This is a mistake of the company's engineers. After 2014, they began to put a more powerful engine. The size of the motor is the same, but the power has been increased. In combination with the correct gear ratio of the gearbox, the coffee grinders work for a long time. But they still do not like very fine grinding.

I have an unoriginal screw there. I used a ph 1 screwdriver. Don't know which one is original
i cant find a replacement impeller anywhere
How do you get the knob off that controls grind size, at the very beginning? Mine doesn't have a screw.
I bought a used coffee grinder. Mine had a screw. So I do not know how the new one should be, sorry

@@rajekman909 mate i took mine apart, and my dosing knob took a bit of prying to get loose. How'd you put yours back?
How do I remove the bean hopper?
It was very difficult. There's glue between metal and plastic. Take it with a heat gun. And extract it with a flat tool. Be careful
What the hell is that tiny motor in there? That weak thing grinds coffee in an expensive grinder?
