Im making something very similar to this and i just found your video! Yours seems to have more flexibility in the types of rooms u chose to make. mine has a ton of rooms, but i only did rooms that are 4ways, straight hallways, or ends. I also used armor stands for the detecting, and since all the rooms are the same size it checks in the direction the armor stand stand is facing and and sees if there is a block of air 1 block down and however blocks forward before it fills in, so it doesnt overwrite rooms.
That's really cool! I like how yours actually detects if there is a room in front of it before it places it! - Im going to make an updated version soon that has multiple different sized rooms, and those rooms actually detect if there are shulker boxes(other rooms) before placing it, since it is such a big room. before it places it will send out 4 armor stands and if it detects a room it will not generate the big room and instead generate a small end!! Also, try adding staircases to your design! that's what I did in the updated version and it REALLY makes a difference! awesome stuff!!!

unfortunately not just because the number of command blocks cannot be transferred from one world to another, I would need to make a data pack. This is not a data pack it is just a world u download! Sorry about that! btw thanks for subscribing! :D

for part 2 an open area would be a good idea so you can have larger empty spaces within the dungeon
Yea I’m thinking about adding bigger rooms, but it’s complicated because I want it to only generate after 2 hallways are place down so it will not cut of anything else.

I question, how do you find the commands on command blocks, in general?
You can search them up! Also, go into the command block and if you have world cheats on then you can preview all of the commands that Mojang has to offer! And you can autofill some stuff! If this doesn't help then feel free to comment again!

@@MrCube6 i have really been wanting to start a channel and a few years ago i posted a single low quality crap video. This video inspires me, i consider myself a pretty good redstoner and command block engineer and an ok builder. But your commands definitely dwarf mine
Adding on to that, it would be really neat if you and i could get together some time and maybe work on a video together, and, depending on how that goes maybe work together on more than just one. Maybe start a channel together. Although while writing this i know what i just asked is definitely way quick but, you gotta start somewhere. Oh and sorry for the long read
@@jek774 Np! unfortunately, I have NO time to do collabs rn. I just join an SMP and I have many other video ideas in the works so I really don't have time srry. My advice to you is to start a channel! if you look at my first videos they are garbage, but if you keep making videos, they WILL get better. Also if you make a channel you can get in contact with other small RUclipsrs and show them your channel (showing people your videos is very important because then they can know if your videos are good or not, which in turn makes them what to collab with you)! Rn, you don't really have much to offer, Anyone can be good at Redstone, command blocks, building, but you have to be good at making videos to collab with others. You are right when you say, you have to start somewhere, so just start! You have to understand that making a video is not easy, I spend at least 5 hours just EDITING, that doesn't include recording, making a thumbnail, uploading it to youtube, critiquing it, and sharing it with, Reddit, etc. That is not to say that's what it'll be like for you, I just spend more time doing those things, all you have to do is just get started, record something cool, edit it, and upload it. And then do it again. once you have made a few videos then reach out to others to do a collab! I wish you the best of luck! and join r/newtubers, to get info on youtube, collabs, etc!

think you can avoid the first issue by generating each branch individually. the second issue can be solved by recording currently occupied coords
Yea you got the first issue. I tried making this in a datapack and I did it exactly like this. The second solution would be very difficult to do. To record all previously known coordinates of the shulkers and then referencing those for the create of each new one would be a challenge! Especially if your not doing it with datapacks. GJ! Yea you can make the rooms as big as you want!!!
When I made a custom one in a world me and my friend was connecting our bases with spider spawners inside and we added a deep slate circle warden thing a mineshaft turning into spruce mineshaft and a dungeon but with the spawner as stain glass and a ruin portal a bridge a camp a second dungeon but with deep slate cobble as spawner and a spruce mineshaft and furnace room and to make it better we had cobble stone on wall and stuff as a cave......
