I agree. There's medicine that gives suicidal thoughts or depression. Some mental issues are the result of a vitamin deficiency. God works through medicine, but saints should be encouraged to work towards coming off the medicine entirely. Just like bishop Bryant prayed God would fix it so he wouldn't need to wear glasses anymore. I pray that God regulates the mind of that person and fix it so they'll no longer depend on it nor need it. In Jesus Christ name, amen. ❤

I am FULLY PERSUADED that FOREVER separated from YOU in tormenting Hell shall not be my eternity! BEAUTIFUL DYNAMITE Q&A

This was a good session tonight. I’m still challenged with the last answer to the last question, particularly with the usage of Hebrews 1. This text is a recalling of the Psalms, various Psalms of David, which the Hebrew writer is actually narrating the Psalms. It cannot be read to suggest that some of the statements are made by God the Father because it’s actually David making the statements. Therefore, when the text says “….thy throne, O God…”, this is not God the Father speaking but David so it cannot be interpreted that God the Father is calling the Son “God”. That would be David. See how the context totally changes.
I agree with many positions in doctrine that Pastor Murray takes but I am an apostolic, oneness believer and just take a different position than Pastor Murray on this. I certainly love his ministry and have watched him for years and still watch him regularly and have supported him in various ways including financially and consider him a dear brother in Christ and powerful man of God. I just have not come to see this position he takes on the Son of God. Hope to talk with him one day in depth if the Spirit will allow.

You are truly in error on Hebrews 1. David spoke a word of prophecy and Hebrews 1 tells us that's God who is speaking. The HE SAID is God the Father speaking, NOT DAVID
      Hebrews 1:6-8 KJV
[6] And again, when he bringeth in the firstbegotten into the world, he saith, And let all the angels of God worship him. [7] And of the angels he saith, Who maketh his angels spirits, And his ministers a flame of fire. [8] But unto the Son he saith, Thy throne, O God, is for ever and ever: A sceptre of righteousness is the sceptre of thy kingdom.

    Acts 17:29 kjv
Forasmuch then as we are the offspring of God, we ought not to think that the Godhead is like unto gold, or silver, or stone, graven by art and man's device.

    Proverbs 27:17 kjv

Greetings @NothingButBiblicalTeachings. I thank you for your response but did you actually read my comment? If you go to the Psalms, specifically Psalms 45:6 which is the text you are referring to and the Hebrew writer is referring to, then you will notice that from vs 1 that David is speaking, not God the Father. David says all of this including vs 6. The Hebrew writer only recalls the texts; he does NOT rewrite the text. That’s the rule for biblical interpretation which the writers always followed! If you read Psalm 45 in its entirety with the intent to make the God the Father the speaker of the text, you will be challenged immensely! That’s quite a bit to do to try and prove that God the Father called the Son “God” and it’s still going to bring you back to an interpretation in error!!!
I hope you see why you cannot interpret this text that way. You have to follow the rules of interpretation just as the apostles did. The Hebrew writer is only recalling the Psalms while giving light to its proper interpretation which he does flawlessly!!!! When you want to discuss what Hebrews 1 really says, I certainly would want to be apart of that discussion.
