I’m surprised you only do base cardio twice a week and only for that long.. lot the guys in the US go least 3 times a week from hr half to 3 hrs.. and if you’re on bakers program you cycle everyday. But looks like a good gym program 👍🏼 ...but can’t over train either. Fine line. Awesome videos
Yeh mate I thought i'd be better off following a similar training structure when I just simply saw what those guys were doing. However i learnt that its not that simple unfortunately! My program is designed to focus on the specific needs of my body.
If I were you. I'd get a mental coach for your off season training. We can all ride, but not all of us have the mental strength and self belief in ourselves to win. IMO, you seriously lack self confidence. No offence intended. Good luck with whatever you do.

What sorta watch do u use?
Garmin Forerunner 935 and I use a wahoo chest strap with it.
In my opinion, shooting with the Gopro should be improved.

I am looking into it mate. No offence taken I know confidence is a big whole in my program so im trying to improve!
