Step one: Gather all study materials together. Step two: Consult list of study topics (or make one yourself). Step three: Pre-testing. Step four: Study topics you missed on pre-test. Step five: Take another pre-test (just on the topics you missed the first time). Final step: Bring in a friend.
Taking good notes and studying them later is useful in the business world every single day. I would say it is mandatory so do it consistently and well.
Thanks for letting me know not to cram it--It's what I've been doing the past few years, and holy hell is it stressful to study at the last minute. Great video though~ The pre-test one is one I already do, and I can clarify that it really is the best way to tell if you know the material.
Mrs socrita. If it wasnt for u my dear socrita friend i would have been still failing my 12 th grade . I went from the last rank to the 3 rd rank in my class. And yeah our class have the most prodigies too so its a huge thing to be 3rd . I used urr feynman technique combined with ure test technique and what can i say else than encore . 🤗. As a favour for letting me reach my highest potential in my science class i will share your videos to all my friends. U will notice the subscriber count will increase three times . So adios amigos
Later this month I have an acceleration exam. (This puts me up a grade in the specified subject) I already read the study guide, books required for the tests, and have a plan. This video will be very helpful to get me ready for it. Wish me luck :)
Socratica is really helpful and find ur videos really really interesting never felt I could make myself so organized while studying please keep making these great videos on more topics.
Thankyou Sacrotica 😊🙏🏻 , This video was really helpful and just what I needed❤️ This video has covered all the important points which were necessary full support 😉😁
Take the lecture, read the book. Use the Cornell method to make notes good enough that you don’t have to revisit the text book, make questions from your notes, make flash cards. Give a practice test, the things you get wrong, make questions about them revise(only the topics u screwed up) and give that 2nd practice test. Make sure you use the pomodoro method for everything mentioned above. Now you’re prepared for the actual test
Hi! I have a question: How does one put aside the stress regarding the importance of passing a hard maths exam: You know, the sleepless nights, the feeling of hopelesness, etc.? Is it best to analyze the options first (available dates to re-take, time to study, organize tutoring) and then just jump right in and do the best you can?

Assim que eu comecei a assistir a esse video, veio-me uma música na cabeça: Clair de Lune - Debussy. Na hora eu não soube o porquê. Depois de um tempo que fui associar ao papel de Luna da Liliana de Castro em Alma Gêmea. I love productivity themed videos, please keep doing these? Just subscribed. Keep up the good work!
When I was in college, my notes, in some classes, were part of the grade. They had to be typed. I would get up early, before daybreak, and type them. For some reason, early in the day, I could recall nearly everything that was said in the class. It worked for me, and it's worth a try. Good luck.

i noted your techniques down i will try to use them asap, one question though: do they work on Computer Science studying? if not, can you tell me some tips to help studying CS better/smarter in less time? thank you!
That's really good to recognize that! A lot of people try studying with their friends and wind up wasting time and goofing off. Not that there's anything wrong with goofing off, you just can't fool yourself and call that time serious studying. :)
Socratica Exactly! When we study for 2 hour (using pomorodo for me) he ends up studying for about 15 min and playing for the rest of the time while bothering and distracting me. How can i tell my friends in a nice way that i prefer to study alone?
@@Socratica may I know why you have an owl displayed as your profile? Because my favourite animal is owl and that's also my Facebook profile. Thanks, I would love to watch more of your videos. Thanks.
The main reason is we just find them fascinating...but also because they are a sign of wisdom, and Athena's mascot. Thanks for watching and learning with us, Socratica Friend!! 💜🦉
@@Socratica you're always welcome, since I have no much friend, my friends are the ones who can teach me how to be great and good person. So I count all of you as my friend now and on.
