- In 2003, longtime musical legends Little Feat presented a career-spanning set at The Pageant in St. Louis, MO. It was their first live performance to be captured in high definition, the concert was an extraordinary celebration of their 30+ year career. For the first time, Mercury Studios is proud to feature this very concert on Blu-ray+2CD and digital video, when ‘Little Feat: Highwire Act In St. Louis’ is released on November 3, 2023. You can order it here mercury-studio...
Previously issued on DVD in 2004, this marks a digital upgrade for the concert film, as it’s being made available on Blu-ray for the very first time. This is also the first time the 2CD portion is being bundled with the video and the concert being available on digital video.
'Little Feat: Highwire Act In St. Louis’ features the line-up of Bill Payne (keys & vocals), Richie Hayward (drums & vocals), Paul Barrere (guitars & vocals), Sam Clayton (percussion & vocals), Kenny Gradney (bass), Fred Tackett (guitars & trumpet) and Shaun Murphy (vocals & percussion). Running at over 134 minutes, this set not only includes the full concert, but a bonus 11-minute documentary “Little Feat Close Up In St. Louis,” in which the band members ruminate on the band’s history and their story up to that present time.

This is a great band
Feats sound as good as ever here. 🙌
Great crowd there in st Louie.
This reminds me of concerts back when, no cell.phones for distraction, ofc they weren't out , yet, but, crowd is dancing, having a blast...Big fan of little feat....great video...
You know I have to say this will be my third time to see them - going to Vegas . I think at this point for me it’s more for the energy that is involved in seeing a great classic rock n roll band . Sure they are not going to be what they were in the 70’s or 80’s. But I’m glad I’m going and I’m excited to see the show .
To me they are legends and the greatest rock n roll band ever !!
So there’s that ❤
I love these guys so much! I miss Paul. It is fun seeing Shawn singing in the video
Phenomenal! Groovy places like the FOX Theater in Atlanta used to be great. Man, we really had a 'gas' while it lasted. Good memories...📻 🎼🎵🎶
Dziękujemy wszystkim gosciom Zlotego Dworu za życzenia i wszelkie wyrazy sympatii,
za to ze moglismy świętować naszą 34 rocznice w takim miłym towarzystwie ,i w tak cudownym miejscu jakim jest
ZLOTY DWOR 🥰
I watched in the seventies in Hamburg "The Warner Brothers Music Show" with Little Feat, Graham Central Station and The Doobie Brothers feat. Michael McDonald live on stage. An amazing concert, but a miserable sound. Anyway three bands for 35.- German Marks not so bad lol...
Still rocking, one of my favorites to this day…
My favorite group for decades!❤
1 of my favorite bands Lowell George was a great slide guitar player! Saw them in San Diego back in the day .I remember the 60s sometime some
This is the first time I've seen Fred Tackett play LG's parts on this song up close. Saw them live years ago when Craig Fuller was with them but I was in the cheap seats.
