Sir self incrimination ho sakta he.. right against self incrimination refers only to involuntary self incrimination and not a voluntary one.. in general self incrimination is valid only in case of recording of confession in accordance with section 164 read with 281 of CRPC.. that too such confession can be made to a judicial magistrate only.. also an extrajudicial confession is valid only if it's not made to a police officer or in police custody until and unless it is made by following 164-281 procedure in immediate presence of a judicial magistrate
